Thank you for video! It is a typical “from fans for fans” type of game. Everybody who has grown up on action movies and TV series from the 80’s and 90's will enjoy it even more as there are many pop culture allusions. What I like about the game - funny retro atmosphere, wide variety of heroes with strong personalities and various skills and weapons, level design that makes you not only shoot but also thinking a bit, destructible and interactive environment, reasonable difficulty, responsive controls, stylish audiovisuals and the presence of local multiplayer. There are really not many things that I dislike - maybe the absence of dubbing as I think that some one liners would make the game atmosphere even better, more distinctive music in 80’s style and higher variability of enemies.
Holy shitbags man if this had come out in MY day with the NES (I was 13 when I got my NES in 85) this would be right there with Contra. This is so fkn awesome.
Everybody in the comments is talking about how they loved and miss this game, and how it brings back nostalgic memories etc. And I'm still waiting to play it for the first time, because I NEVER play a game until it becomes physical. EVER! I'm not a digital supporter. Been waiting for like 8 or 9 months for my physical pre-order to arrive. Don't know what the heck is taking it so long.
It's also on GOG which is just as good in my mind. Burn it to a disc and boom it's physical lol. I'm more about never-drm. I'm all for digital delivery. Drm is the real issue.
I finally refound my childhood game

What I love about this game is how (almost) everything is destructible.
What it would look like if Michael Bay made a video game
5:18 I laughed quite a lot from this. The Stewie sounding foot steps to the little screams like this. It has that special charm.👍
Till this day this game is still insanely fun
only real OGs remember this game
I couldn't find a comment on it but "Area Liberated" sounds almost exactly like "Go Gi Power Rangers" lol
Reminds me of my childhood. Those sidescrolling games were good memories.

Chuck Norris: I didn't get captured, I allowed it to happen.

Oooh I used to play this with my brother and we always got on the pig and knifed it so it would fly

I’d do that as the terminator, then face backwards and hold the fire button so I fly straight to the end of a level

I'm also not a digital supporter. I print out screenshots of games and pretend it's an interactive book!
Go with the time my son.
