Your videos give inspiration that I can be successful in my insurance endeavors as well. Thank you for that.
How would you suggest someone begin who is starting later in life?
I have my licenses, and have a vague familiarity with ez lynx. I also have some capital. Should I try and be a part time csr at an agency to learn that end of the business?
I have a full time job that I have weird hours that would enable me to work during business hours. Considering going with firefly and learning as I go.

Hey Chris, can you start an agency without working as a producer first?
Like you I started at 21 but only in real estate. We do great ( 9 years later) and I have a team of 9 agents and 2 transaction coordinators but I want to start an insurance company because I love the reoccurring revenue and I already have connects in Real Estate to get business.
Do you feel I can transfer my Real Estate skills into this easily or will it be a problem?

Hi Chris I already have my license and experience at the insurance industry but I’m scared to start an agency we have so many companies leaving FL and rates going up everyday … What are your thoughts on this ? Also everything is with a Franchise and the fees are crazy

I’m not a fan of franchises but sometimes they have their place. I believe the insurance industry is in the healing process. All of the carriers should be getting the rates they need now and in the next couple of years flood gates will open

- put the money on a 0% for first 12 month business credit card?
Any other ideas? I'm wanting to start an agency focused on life & annutities. I have the cash reserve for 1 year of expenses just don't want to burn it on lead gen and would rather leverage the debt of a loan or card.
