Paul wasnt blessed with a voice like Robs but how many metal singers have ever reached his greatness but Paul had that great mix of punk and metal unique to him and im really glad he is singing great covers of early iron maiden songs with a great band that shocked me as they were so tight and good. Well worth seeing and great to see Paul giving it his all even if he is now having to sing in a wheelchair. That last scream at the end, fuckin insane
Up close guitar and the camera is staying where it needs to be. Bravo!!!
I saw iron maiden with Paul Dianno on vocals support judas priest at the Rainbow finsbury park. What a gig, Paul Dianno was amazing that night with Maiden and Rob was brilliiant. He was funny, he dropped his leather jeans for a quick flash for the girls. We were a bit shocked and when he came out years later it became clearer about his personality but what a great voice Rob has and genius. He looks happy and clearly loves his audience and the fans clearly love him and his great performance. God bless him and well done to Steve Harris for showing Paul such love and support. He seems a nice man who has stayed loyal to his cockney roots and never let fame change him but he clearly is a kind beautiful soul and i was moved seeing him givde Paul a hug. Pure class Steve.
