  • Ingredients:
    1. Flour, 350 gr.
    2. Boiling water, 200 gr.
    3. Salt, 1 tsp
    4. Vegetable oil, 2 tbsp.
    1. Mix the sifted flour and salt.
    2. Pour boiling water and begin to knead the dough with a spoon. A little later, when the dough has cooled down, you can continue with your hands.
    3. In the process of kneading, add vegetable oil.
    4. Put the kneaded dough in a cellophane bag and leave for 20 minutes.
    5. After 20 minutes, divide the dough into equal pieces, form koloboks from them, put them on a cutting board and cover with a film so that they do not get wet.
    6. Roll out one pita bread as thinly as possible and put it on a preheated frying pan without oil. Bake for about a minute on each side.
    7. We lubricate the finished lavash with water and cover it with a film and a towel.
    8. Then proceed to the next lavash.
    9. When all the pita bread is ready, leave them under the film for another 30 minutes so that they are well steamed.
