I thought it was common sense that having permanent color AND a relaxer is just a NO NO. I'm not saying that to be mean, I just honestly thought everyone knew that. If you do it you have to have a stylist that is on her P's and Q's. It's best to pick one or the other is what I was always told.
I did this in high school and yes by a professional who was known in my family and thought to be trusted. Lets just say im now natural with trust issues 😂.
Beautiful but???? If she had damaged hair why wasn't she given a Shampoo as well as Deep conditioner to address her scalp, hair follicles, and damaged hair. Was No conditioner used at all to finish off a healthy shampoo/conditioning?
I’m going to say it every time. It’s very unprofessional to be performing a service on yourself while servicing your clients. Performing a service with wrap strips on your head is tacky and ghetto. Clients don’t come to see you with wrap strips on your head. That’s a ghetto tacky mess.

Probably a greedy hairstylist did her hair your not suppose to relax and color at the same time well they lost a client
I know lots of people who perm and color the same day they condition a lot and they are just fine!!!
Was it permanent color? Semi permanent colors can be done after a relaxer but never permanent.
