    A very accurate record of how to guard your body anyway, not just when performing TaiChi. Nor would it be bad for all of us to return to the basic steps here and there, as very important almost imperceptible shifts are lost in the complexity of the exercise. Thanks.

    Easier said than done at times - but worth the awareness and effort! No short cuts in tai chi - am I right? 😉

      You are completely right. In Tai Chi, short cuts are a guaranteed way to take twice as long to reach a goal. :)

    So when you turn to the right, the left hip is going somehow in the opposite direction, is it correct?

      Yes, but not the outer hip: the hip where the inner thigh is.
