GHWB is about as interesting as a block of wood, but it's such a funny impression.

They were spoofing Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas' Senate confirmation hearings after Anita Hill accused him of sexual harassment in the workplace. According to her, he talked about some pretty weird stuff. One of my favorite lines from that skit was when Teddy Kennedy asks Thomas "were you eh....drunk at the time?" This was said because Kennedy had recently been with his nephew at that bar in Florida where she claimed the nephew raped her. Kennedy used being drunk as an excuse. Incidentally, one of those "old senators" in the skit, who was actually the HEAD of the committee was none other than sleepy Joe Biden himself!
