அதிகாலையில் எழும்புவதே ஒரு சந்தோஷம். பிந்தி எழும்பினால் அந்த நாளே முடிந்து போன மாதிரி எண்ணத் தோன்றும். பொதுவாக நான் நன்றாகத் தூங்கி எழுவேன். பொதுவாக Alarm தேவைப்படாது. இந்த வருடம் சில விடயங்களை எப்படியாவது முடிக்க வேண்டும் என முயற்சி எடுத்ததால் எல்லாம் தலைகீழாகிவிட்டது. சிலவேளைகளில் தூங்கக் கூட முடியவில்லை. லாவண்யாவின் அறிவுரைகள் அருமையான உதவியாயிருக்கிறது. இரவில் சுடு தண்ணீரில் குளித்து விட்டு அதன் பிறகு இரவு உணவைச் சாப்பிட்டு விட்டு நித்திரைக்குப் போங்கள். சாப்பாட்டிற்கும் நித்திரைக்குமிடையில் போதிய நேர இடைவெளி இருக்கும்படி பார்த்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள். சுடுதண்ணீர்க்குளியல் உடல் சோர்வை நீக்கும். காலையில் புத்துணர்வோடு எழுந்திருக்கலாம். அளவோடு உண்ணும் போதும் நாங்கள் அதிகாலையில் எழுந்திருக்கலாம். மாப்பொருளை இரவில் தவிர்த்து காய்கறிகளையும் பழத்தையும் உண்பதும் அதிகாலையில் எழுவதற்கு உதவும். இது எல்லாருக்கும் பொருந்துமா எனத் தெரியவில்லை. எனக்கு அதிகாலையில் எழ உதவுகிறது.
