Everyone wants to be able to show his/her big bright smile. That’s why taking special care of our teeth while we are on our braces is critically important. Brackets and bands can trap bits of food that allows bacteria and plaque built upon your teeth. This could potentially develop into gum diseases and cause bad breath.
To prevent all of those from happening, it is suggested to use Oral-B electric toothbrush to brush your teeth twice a day for at least 2 minutes each. The oscillating rotating technology makes your brushing easier and more effective. Hold the brush parallel to the floor against the side your teeth. Follow the natural curve of your teeth and gums and guide the power brush head from tooth to tooth. Hold the brush in place on each tooth for a few seconds to let it do work for you. Brush your tongue in the end to refresh your breath and remove any extra food.

i use the oral b electronic tooth brush i got it from walmart. they sell it on amazon and target too. mines is a diff shape but tbh shape doesn’t matter. the heads are changeable you can buy new heads from amazon and walmart! hopefully that helped. if you got more questions i gotchu

The battery inside our Oral-B electric toothbrush handles cannot be replaced and for that reason we don’t provide battery replacements for our rechargeable handles. The battery is incorporated into the electronics of the handle and the unit is sealed to prevent water getting into it.

unfortunately it is expensive. usually the orthodontist/dentist supplies those things, however if they haven’t, then you can possibly save up for a travel toothbrush, 50 cent manual floss, and off brand mouth wash and toothpaste from the dollar store.
