Great interview. Definitely my fav of all of the recent one’s you’ve done. I’m more of an Apple “fanboy”, but absolutely LOVED Satya’s insight, vision and just...enthusiasm about the company he leads and innovation. Great work, good sir!
André Alcântara I see your point. However, talking about Neo/Duo, it is not only the hardware. The bridge between these two screens is the software optimization of the system. That’s why these two products under one design are so interesting and....challenging for any software developer. Two brains thinking like one in a perfect harmony.

The first time hearing Satya speaks.
I can feel that he has the passion in this world
Marques is so nervous, he's making so little eye contact 😂
Not what you think, it is the style he took to interview him. Typical Indian style to judge people nothing else. He is even wearing an Apple watch.
I think it’s the other way around lol Satya doesn’t even look away once during the convo, check it. That’s not normal body language.
@@mattshilling that's how it should be. You should have eye contact with the person you're speaking to.
Saveen Kumar as opposed to what, a microsoft watch? 🤣
@@JohnSmith-kw9vk it depends.
Maintaining some level of eye contact (sometimes), is good. It also depends on the subject being discussed, the parties involved, and even the location.
Great interview. Definitely my fav of all of the recent one’s you’ve done. I’m more of an Apple “fanboy”, but absolutely LOVED Satya’s insight, vision and just...enthusiasm about the company he leads and innovation. Great work, good sir!
Apple: It's software time.
Microsoft: No, it's hardware time.
I thought Microsoft would be more of the Software company.
The tables have turned from 20 years ago...
@@argonauts56au1kera6 Microsoft still is, just we live in a time that hardware isnt has it used to be back in the 80's
Actually, Microsoft goes not only for a new design here, they created a software for this new design. That’s why the final product is so impressive.
André Alcântara I see your point. However, talking about Neo/Duo, it is not only the hardware. The bridge between these two screens is the software optimization of the system. No matter, Windows OS or Android OS. When we have two screens, the challenge is bigger than only one foldable screen. That’s why these two products under one design are so interesting and....challenging for any software developer. Two brains thinking like one in a perfect harmony.
Satya’s dad just passed away last week but he is really strong....
This was recorded on 24 Sept so it's before his dad's death?

When you see Marques avoid a yawn. 😂
(Thank you so much for the amazing response)
Good eye!
@@victor.cabrera thanks man 🙂
Lol it made me yawn 😂
LMAOOOOOOOOOO
@@shubhamsinha2362 😂😂😂
I just love the clarity, eloquence & charisma with which this CEO just articulates things. His explanations & responses are just extra-charming.❤️❤️
Again you forgot to ask which phone does he carry as his daily driver :-(
Lol, definitely mot Microsoft phone
It's Samsung probably because while unwilling the products one of the host said *My Samsung phone.*
Wife : it's my 4th month of pregnancy
Marcus : I've been pregnant for 11 months now here's what i think
So underrated comment
This man will go down as one of the best CEO's in the tech industry.
@@sachin2842 wtf.
Satya came from really well to do family. To come to US for studying in 80s wasn’t a joke. Only elite of the elite could travel to US from India. He had brain and money both to succeed and he worked hard and today he’s making millions.
MKBHD: so I've been testing this meme for years
Us: what
People like the comment but i dont think they get the joke 😊😁😁
Underrated comment of the year right here!
Trump 2020
@@Karen-pl8kd MATH
Lol😂
Shaking hands with the ceo of ms and marques is wearing apple watch 😂😂
Danny brown got kicked out of nike hq for wearing adidas.
Next thing we know is Satya is using an Iphone. Lol
@@rohit1batte Probably Android with the Microsoft launcher :p
Brian Woo MS don’t make watches
Microsoft makes apps for Apple devices. Guessing a few people at MS use Apple products already.
he looks like Louis Litt's therapist from Suits. Anyone?
Dr Lipschitz 😂
Agreed
looks and sounds like him
haha exactly
freaking Lipschitz ahahahaha
When Satya started talking about bias in data, Marques is like Hmmmm... Ok...
Microsoft has come a long way since promoting Satya to CEO
About to reach 10 millions.
Now its time to reveal the "K" in MKBHD.
Just ask on Google assistant who is Marques Brownlee....
You'll unveil the secret ahed!
It's Kappa.
Or Kermit
Initials of my name. 😂
Ravi Shirpali it’s kumar
Marques seems like he asks a question, while sataya is answering, he’s thinking of next question
I noticed it too l...lol
It's something he does in pretty much every interview. It's a little impolite, but I guess he's just worried about how the video's turning out.
he is interviewing ceo of microsoft. i guess he was a bit nervous. which seems normal. satya was also too preachy in his answers. it should be a two way conversation
In most of the bigger companies it's required for questions to be sent in advance so the CEO can prepare and decide on what he will anwser and to what not.
Seemed a bit nervous like he was trying to make sure he got all his preplanned questions in but I wasn’t too put off by it, I get it.
Satya nadella is truly inspiring
I would like to see an episode of "Talking Tech with Kim Jong Un".
Haha😂😂
That would be explosive 😄
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Trump
You'll need James Franco and Sony also.
The man who invented fire:
Marques: So I've been using it for a week now, you can release it now.
Being able to speak and clearly communicate your ideas is one of the most important skills to have in business, and Satya is amazing at this!
Satya just talks, talks and talks... how about doing, but not talking. Weak
Olsoney ahh yes I am young and have a lot to learn😂 thank you for informing me about this, I had no idea
Mike Jaques thank you, I am young and didn’t realize the emptiness to his worss
I think this was the most successful I've seen in the series. Well done, Marques.
MKBHD: What's your day-to-day like?
Sataya: IT'S A PRIVILEGE TO BE AT MICROSOFT OUR PRODUCTS EMPOWER EVERYONE
PR
resistance is futile
Yeah. Satya was actually more open than everyone else Marques has interviewed before tho. I remember Apple's Craig Federighi dodging literally every single question he was asked. And then again with Elon Musk. Even Bill Gates, to some extent, did this. Satya was much more reasonable.
sisir360 || TheLoneGun101 well he’s not the ceo. Gotta watch out
I think he's just thinking so far ahead of the question. His role in the company is to look at the big picture and that's what he's focusing on in this interview too. He's saying yeah this is important but here's where we're headed or here's how our past will affect our future decisions.
Marques has really improved his interviewing skills over past years
Yup these are some quality interviews
*Earth forms*
MKBHD: So i’ve been living on Earth for 2 billion years now, and...
This cracked me up XD
@@aaaratrik me too
Just came here after watching Sundar Pichai's interview. Was bit Awkward, but with Satya, I LOVE the energy!
Sundar is hideous
Google is evil lol
Satya has rocked Microsoft like non other Tech CEO.
same
@@randomturd1415 You're foolish to believe that any company is more 'evil' than the other.
@@randomturd1415 I mean, if you wanna say that being able to create a world where you can search anything at the click of a button, being recommended videos and content on the basis of your preferences and enabling you to operate a device with more computing power than what was used in the Apollo 11 mission at the palm of your hands evil, then Ig we didn't deserve the internet, AI, or any other technological advancement that allows you to call them evil on a platform that is literally created by them. If it wasn't for google, we would probably still be sending letters instead of emails. Yes, they need more regulatory oversight, but it's easy to call the work of hundreds of engineers and minds who changed the world evil using platforms that they created.
