This is a fantastic tutorial. Thanks very much. Addressed the exact thing i needed which was how to categorise my news articles and organise my site pages. Question for you Daniel: is it possible for people to 'subscribe' to a particular news segment (ie: if they just want monthly updates rather than say one-off announcements). I can see that its possible to 'follow' a particular site, but not particular categories of pages or news article types. Any suggestions would be helpful!
Does this work on a hub site , where you want to roll up different categories of news (from all associated sites) for different news web components on the hub site home page?
@@DanielAndersonAU thanks, did some research and I don’t think you can do it doing the method you mentioned in this particular video. You need to filter using a managed property instead of a site property when rolling up news across sites on your hub.
Daniel. I can’t see the edit in grid option in my pages library? I can see to edit via each pages properties. But any idea why edit in grid doesn’t show here? It does for all my other document libraries. Thanks in advance,
If your View in the Site Pages library is leveraging the Grouped By function (such as 'By Author'), Edit in Grid View won't be an available option. Ty a View of 'All Items' instead.
That's brilliant and very useful. Has given me an idea I can implement over the next few days. Thanks Daniel.
Super useful and easy to follow. Great work!

Hi, Do you have a video on how you created the dashboard panel?

Great stuff! Is it possible to filter across sites like this?
