I've mapped my property with refinableString00 in the managed properties. However, when trying to use it in the highlighted content webpart I typed in the RefinableString00 but my Dropdown Menu is still greyed out. Daniel, do you have the syntax to remove dates and times stamps from the file name? would be the final 16 characters of the file names. Example: Actions_Report_(Last_6_months)_20241002_041523.xlsx. And maybe a way to remove the underscores?

Hi Daniel, a bit off-topic but hope you have a simple enough answer, back in the old SharePoint Classic sites there was a feature "My Links" where users could add their own links as they needed, has that feature been removed as I can't find anything that allows users to add their own links and if removed are there any alternatives? @DanielAndersonAU is there an Action to move a Document Set (for example, from one library to another)? When I use "Move a Folder", it moves the Document Set but not the files within the Document Set. What am I doing wrong?

Maybe a silly question: what happens when you send the newsletter as an email from your newsfeed? Does it make a printout of the news state or is it in sync with the original news? What happens if you edit the news afterward? The email content will stay as it was when submitted?

I have created this from the template, however when I change a status column i added (have built in some internal processes to occur once approval is given, and when i go in and update the status colum after approval is given it needs to re-submit for approval) . is there a way to turn off this feature, so any changes made to other columns or specifically the added status column i created that it does not need to be resent for approval again. Thanks

How do you edit a template once you've created it. I've been using one for a project at work, but need to add another column to a table. Do I create a new page using the template, edit that and then save as a template again? And actually, now I can't even find that template - even though I used it yesterday!

When adding your columns into a content type, if you set them all to required, is there a way to force users to provide the metadata values before allowing them to save into a document library. For me it all about content, the site must have info that require user to come in to check it regularly and nowhere else. No matter how beautiful the site is but if there no content that need user to visit, there no point. After we get user to come in to visit regularly then we can get feedback and improve look and feel and feature onward. Also regularly use Analytic function to review which information user most visit and which is least visit then use that to plan promote.

" a page is a type of document" is it? how , why? Still cant find a single youtube video of someone using a REAL WORLD example.. why not try "policy document" as almost every business has that. Or Employee details?? something that people might actually use.

is there a way you can automate the document set? For example in every file, I have 5 subset (tabs in a folder). Instead of creating it for each time there is a new folder, can this be auto populate? This what is in physical file would have. I can't image someone writing out the tags every time.
