I saw this performance in the theater, but it was so long ago, I nearly forgot it. The Met streamed it again last week, and I was amazed by these artists, Scotto and Moldoveanu. The whole performance was fantastic, including Troyanos, Milnes, Plishka.

Scotto,"La Suprema!" .Who has been able to match her fantastic combination of beautiful singing and excellent acting,either male or female over the past half century?No one!...,and what a wonderful but underrated tenor Moldoveanu was; was it because the "Three Tenors" were given too much attention by the media at that time?
