Love these videos 🙏🏽 thanks for sharing your story. Now that I know my hair, I realize now I am medium porosity, fine, low/medium density. As u mentioned, I try and be very careful with my hair when handling it -no heating tools and definitely no bleach or color. I am five months in my big Chop journey from having locs for years and I’m loving my healthy TWA - now that I know how to take care of it and learning from others mistakes-thanks for all this wonderful information -I love it!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽💓🌸

Very well explained and great as it is always best to know ones hair type, hair porosity, the causes and how to identify it. Amazing to know you have a different porosity in front and another at the back. I think I will pay more attention to mine and see if I am the same. Excited to see your hair journey that will be so inspiring. Thanks for putting together this detailed video 💕
Sis, you really are the best seriously 😊 Thank you so much for your time . Please share with me what you find on your hair’s porosity 😁 I will love to know , lots of love 🥰 💕
Hey Shelby, the whole idea of hair diffusers is to prevent the damage that can be caused by using the normal dryer especially on days when you can’t sit around for long to dry your hair because diffusers spread the air over a wide area instead of focusing on a particular area. But my issue with diffusers is, it has to be used correctly else it’ll cause the damage you’re trying to prevent. For instance using diffusers on a high heat and on daily basis. I’ll recommend using it on a low heat on half air dried hair so you don’t have to use it on your hair for long. Also using it once a week will be much better, what do you think? Much love ❤️
@@kihbsnatural makes perfect since. I was only thinking once a week during my wash day. But great tip regarding using low heat on half dried hair. Thanks!!!!! 🙏🏽🌸
You look beautiful!😍 I went through the exact same hair struggle recently. I used my hot crimper about every three days not realizing my hair was breaking off until it was dead and too late. I’m avoiding hot tools and just braiding my hair up for a year. I chopped half of what was left. Trim once every few months, so I’m with you! It can be done🙏🏾
