It has been seen in other videos that, as soon as the puppets start swaying from being shot with the rolodex gun, you just need to switch to the wrench to finish them off to save ammo.
What I interpret from the assorted posters:
The Shadow Sapphire one is supposed to be The Dark Crystal.
The Cool Guy Nikola Tesla one is supposed to be Bill Nye the Science Guy.
The Cardboard Penthouse is possibly The Great Muppet Caper, which has The Happiness Hotel in it.
I think Avian Alphabet with Pearl is supposed to be Big Bird's Story Time.
Puppet Space Quest is supposed to be Muppets From Space, or Pigs in Space.
The Puppets Storm Chicago is supposed to be The Muppets Take Manhattan.
The Puppets Road Trip is supposed to be The Muppet Movie.
Puppet Winter Song is supposed to be The Muppet Christmas Carol.
The Puppets Big Heist is supposed to be either The Great Muppet Caper, or Muppets Most Wanted.
The Scribe might be The Pagemaster.
I think Wubmump Caverns is Fraggle Rock.
Tubular Throwdown Live is either Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem, or The Muppets Mayhem.
Uncertain of Zip Zap: Here Come the Signals... Possibly B.R.A.T.S. of the Lost Nebula, Farscape, Zathura, or, Here Come the Muppets.

they missed out on sooooo much w this half-assed taped up restraint thing being you can't kill the fuckers... they could have had a whole series of "finishers" that involve subduing the things w tools handymen HAVE; industrial foam and epoxy traps, stapling/nailing to floor or wall, the option of tying their arms and legs in knots when they're KO'd, even stuff like rat-traps could have been added as snares ect.
