with this crash i'll say it won't be too easy to pick the right stock, jim Roger said there are still huge opprtunities despite the crash, and i overheard someone talk about making $300k from about $10k since the crash. how do i make these kind of returns?

Crypto exchange AAX, taking advantage of the situation with FTX, has frozen all user accounts. After announcing a two-hour maintenance on 11/13/22, management later stated that the company was experiencing operational difficulties and needed to find new investors. Another 3 weeks have passed and AAX has not updated his blog, the official Facebook and UA-cam pages have also been deleted, the support address has become invalid, and today even the main server and the official website have been closed. The savings of many thousands of users have been stolen and this is clearly a planned scam!
I hope that Binance will continue to stand, contrary to what happened with the AAX exchange that suddenly disabled withdrawals, communicating contradictory information that changed over the days (hacking, maintenance, lack of liquidity) Until finally the communication it ended and the server went down with no explanation. Please investigate the AAX case.

He didn’t attack CZ. He disagrees with him as no pressure under an attempt of a bank run BECAUSE he didn’t get there is a “fiat part” in stable coin transactions and therefore one would need to wait until the banks open

I'm of medium knowledge on the topic and I understood it.
He asked CZ if it would create a strain on their business because of how they work if their customers made large withdrawals. He basically said yes.
His entire explanation of stablecoin conversion was unnecessary because at the end of the day they are at the mercy banks and speculation,just like FTX

CZ crushed them when he said it's hard for Financial people to understand that Banks operate on fractional reserves which basically means they only have a fraction of deposits and get bailed out by Central Banks while exchanges(Binance et al) does not.

The fund under Binance’s custody should be one-to-one if they don’t use it for their own trading, lending or for any other purpose. CZ put it well. Crypto exchanges are not like banks which keep fractional reserves at the Fed which serves as the lender of last resort to avoid bank runs. Banks can take customers money and lend it out as mortgages, car loans, commercial loans, etc. Crypto exchanges, function like a brokerage function, have to keep the 1-1 ratio. If they lend their customers money out without customers’ consent, they can run the danger of a “bank run” situation where they don’t the liquidity to deal with withdraw demand

You have to get a financial-advisor/broker to aid you diversify your portfolios to include commodities, inflation-indexed bonds and stocks of companies with solid cash flows, as opposed to growth stocks where valuations were based on future potential earnings.

Very good point CZ made about not having a federal reserve in the crypto space. In fact, FTX was trying to act as a central-fed reserve among the crypto companies, and it obviously did not work out.

A Binance account costs _nothing_ i.e. there are no fixed monthly costs. Also with Binance you can send BTC and many other coins (incl. dollar-based stable coins) to another Binance user _anywhere in the world_ at _zero_ cost and 24/7. Think of what an immense help that is for migrant workers that need to send funds to their families in different countries. Those cross-border remittances would be very expensive, if at all possible in some of those countries, through the traditional banking system. Just search on Binance and Africa and there's plenty to discover there. They are also doing a lot in the way of education on Bitcoin and crypto in general.

CZ answers questions in a very succinct manner - and he actually covers the point of the question asked. @ray pease you should look up the term digital ledger. Banks dont have to maintain your dollars in physical dollars. Now if youre talking about federal reserves and gold backing then i agree.
Your money isnt backed by any asset. The govt can literally print money and dilute your money.
However again due to the "digital ledger" the money is still worth something beside inflation and other factors that can cause it to devalue.
Now can the dollar ever reach zero? Absolutely.
However so long as the economy is intact. The dollar will be fine. Your $10 is still $9.9999987654321 after 20 years...but $5 burger will be $250 in 2050.

I dont see Binance having problems with this FUD from FTX and their friends and if CZ is proven to speak truth one more time, this will only make binance even bigger.

banks are in the business of using your money to lend to others, and invest in insurance products ! I am sure they do more than that but if they are taking your money and lending to others, why would they have 100 percent of the deposit in a treasury account?
Thats not rocket science. what the feds did was allow the banks to carry a reserve of x amount of dollars to continue the circulation of money with the prediction that most people will not withdraw their funds which will cause a catastrophic event.
I dont know about the inner workings of crypto but it was obvious how banks work but people seems surprised that they are on a fractional reserve when it should be obvious.

I don't care how eloquent the speaker is. Every cryptocurrency platform will collapse if there's what's akin to a "bank run" on their exchanges! If people are fearful about the platform, then they will liquidate (or try to liquidate) their funds. This has been proven time and again throughout history.

i am in crypto since mining btc late 2010 i seen a lot of clowns in the space every bearmarket binance has nothing to do with it they even sold them cause they already knew it would come to the end and what shady bussines was going on with alameda Market Makers , the whole crypto market would have drop anyway even with out FTX i seen this coming since more then 6 months cause my chart model is going exact by price and date since june 2021 same on stock market ,FTX was just hanging on a thread since may and when binance find out and sold also last FTT while the market doing next wave of correction FTX was done ,even if binance did has sold there FTT still FTX would have gone down while there was hanging on a thereed the market washed them out by wyckoff patterns.and little larry playing and crying its fault of binanc of ftx falll enought little larry you was in this game with FTX to.

I couldn't agree more! I don't understand why people are keeping their decentralised currency in a centralised location. Especially when the value they are holding is so valuable to them.

No loans, no VC money? How is BNB different from FTT? If they are largest buyer and seller of it like FTX was for FTT and VC/competitors can establish positions in it the same and cause liquidity crash then the book value of binance will crash all the same
