If we are purchasing the supplement (powder) and packaging (pouch) separately, and then packaging it together ourselves in-house, will a CoA and GMP certificate from the Supplement Powder manufacturer/ supplier be sufficient to gain approval? Or will I need my own CoA and GMP certificate since the final packaging is done by us in-house?

You can try $50/day on Amazon PPC and see how it goes? You can try FB ads but you'll still need a good budget.

You definitely need to use a certified industrial kitchen. You can rent them.
Have you even gotten in trouble with Amazon for including a package insert offering a free bottle for a review?
i've never heard of anyone getting suspended for it
