These review hacks are really helpful! I'm wondering, what do you find to be the most effective way to encourage genuine feedback from customers? Also, any advice on avoiding fake reviews that could harm your listing?
The best way to encourage genuine feedback is to have your Customer Service person engage with them and ask genuine questinos about their experience. Then if they are happy, invite them nicely to share their experience on Amazon. I detail the process in my free guide: rileyb.ck.page/reviewsguide
Thanks for the video! A quick question. Amazon bans on any incetivized review requests, and the consequence can be suspension of an account which is hige. So i am a bit scared and am wondering how what you are saying in the videos do no violate Amazon's policy. Thanks!
Question I always had til this day was what is considered the first day of launch? Is it the time I actually created the listing? Sometimes I need to create the listing in order to get the Amazon barcode to give to manufacturers to print the box which is wayyyy before I actually have stock. OR I send product through AGL from China directly to Amazon which means I gotta create the listing on Amazon first to create the shipment which takes 2 months to get to Amazon. Other reasons I list early before I even have stock is to make sure it doesn't go through any hazmat issues or initial listing requirements like safety documents and such. Is there a way to "pause" the listing so it doesn't count towards the limited honeymoon phase?
@@rileybennettamazon Hmm strange. Amazon says sale start date is the price that replaces the normal price, "on sale" meaning "at a discount": The date that the sale price will begin to override the product's standard price
The QR code thing is still against TOS if you're asking for an email (in which that part is against TOS as Amazon thinks you are trying to circumvent the Amazon sales process or divert Amazon customers to your website by adding them to your email list). I know of a brand who had serious issues with Amazon and temporarily got de-activated because of this!
Hi Jennifer, that's interesting. Curious to hear more about exactly what they were doing, what the issues were, and what the messaging was exactly on their insert card.
@@rileybennettamazon I can't get into all of it and there may have been other things that were done in addition to collecting emails (in another instance prior) but not for the specific instance that was the cause of temporary de-activation, but collecting this data - "emails" (even if it was going to be used to drive people back to Amazon) was specifically against Amazon's "code of conduct" - not sure how that differentiates from terms of service, but has scared me away from ever doing it!!!
I never take the time to like or comment on videos. This was the best launch video I've ever seen, the structure was fantastic. You gave so much value. Thank you so much!
Hi Riley, thanks for your great content, I've been watching many of your videos ahead of my product launch in a few weeks. I'm interested in the giveaway as well. Quick question, any further advice on getting that first love letter review if you were just launching a new product and don't have any existing customers/testimonials?
Is there a limit as to how fast we get these reviews and the ratio of orders to reviews? For example, I want to get 150 reviews in 30 days for my #1 best seller product so it can go up to 4.3 stars. And the other example is if I launch a product that has 0 natural sales and I want to get 30 reviews in 30 days and it takes 35 orders to get 30 reviews, would Amazon see that as suspicious? Some of my listings has been suppressed in the past due to "unusual review activities" and I am guessing it's because there were just too many reviews done in a month and most orders had reviews.
@@rileybennettamazon OK good to know. I assume getting 30 reviews in 30 days and keeping at 10% means I gotta also give away free product because there just won't be enough real organic orders since barely anyone is gonna purchase from low review count listing.
When you sign up for FBI reviews, do they go in through their own Amazon to purchase the product? Do they normally give five star? The vine reviewers are often super critical.
In video you said 3.6 and below bad and 3.7 is better. Actually it's 3.8 that will make the 4 star icon rating, not 3.7. 3.7 is still 3 and a half star icon rating.
Glad I watched this just as I'm launching my first product on Amazon. Thanks!
thanks for watching!
Always top tier information, the love letter and UGC style reviews are a great at increasing conversions, saw a nice jump in conversion with those
🔥 that's great, good to hear it
Loving all of this. Thank you!
Glad you are loving it!
Great advice for a beginner
Would this method work for KDP, particularly in the first 30 days?
Great tips, thanks for the good info! Really hoping for a successful launch without PPC
hope it goes well!

honeymoon clock won't start until the Sale Start Date in the backend

HI I have a supplements store and I am gonna start FBM. Does it work with FBM also?
sure but why? FBA listings get more traffic and usually are better for bottom line at the end of the day
@@rileybennettamazon I know but Fba fees is really high for the products and they change everytime

yeah you'll wanto to stay below like a 10% review rate or so. Amazon doesn't publish this rule so its just our best guess as sellers

Bro this strategy is good but you have to combine it with another masterpiece. This is incomplete and lacks the comprehensiveness of how exactly...?
May I get the discount codes for FBA reviews and Helium 10
yep for H10 use RILEY10
for fbareviews kindly email sales@amazingmarketingco.com
