We were happy to see Honu back on the trail! The coastal views were amazing, again and the calamari looked delicious! We are learning a lot along the way 💚

I agree with changing your route
I prefer towns to cities. The architecture is amazing.

Love it that you’re hiking your own hike! ❤ It’s so fun to travel virtually with you guys. Thanks for your feedback on the highlights of the day and what you might do differently. 😊

I love to see the granger joy as she meets the Irish setter. Hearing the happy dog yips roused mr. Dinklage from a nap- he looked around to see if he was missing out.

Your food sounds amazing. Ham and seafood are two of favorite foods. My mom was from Mississippi and every summer would go from Detroit to my mom's parents. Would usually stop at the Gulf Coast where they had amazing oysters, shrimp and fish.

I am curious as to how old you are ? What did you do physically to prepare for El Camino? How much of the walk did you do and how long did it take you? Did you travel by car or bus most of the time or did you mostly walk?

EVERY step of The Way from France to SJPdP, carrying everything we need on our backs. We are all in our mid/late 60’s. We regularly hike and backpack and before a big trek we do a lot of walking to toughen up a bit.
