Most Indian, Carribean people use Castor oil for hair and skin.. in Ayurveda they use it to detox your body you have to be careful with the amount though.. and doing a Castor oil pouch on abdomen over night is such a healthy habit for women..

Just a heads up..castor oil needs to be in a glass bottle because it will pull all the toxicity from the plastic, so I heard. :)
