wish i could have used your affiliate link. i just pulled the trigger on markate. been moving my customers data over and its a pain in my ass. really excited about the customer 360 feature. have you used it much?
Markate is an incredible value for the price. I wish their "Packages" options were setup differently. I've tried to send customers a 3 package option but it combines all totals for all three package so the customers see a huge number and instantly shut down. I send most estimates as an "Options" quote and tell the customer I use a la carte pricing. Overall I really like Markate.
Yes that happened to me on a paver sealing job where I gave the options and it totaled everything together
Hey Jared! I had this issue before and after reaching out to Markate's support I got the answer. It's a setting you can adjust in your settings if you go to estimate settings and it's a check box to checkmark all items or 1 item.
Scheduling events seems to require exact times, any way around that?? I like estimated time frames
How does it sync to quick books online? You have a video on that?
Can you have and apple phone and a HP lap top intergrated with this CRM?

Where do you go for all your pressure washing supplies
I've never heard of this CRM before 🤔 I currently use Flowlu as a CRM and project management software, and I'm not sure that I'll switch to any other app. Markate's interface looks a little overloaded, which confuses me a little because Flowlu looks much more user-friendly and intuitive.
Very interested in this crm and will definitely give the referral to you. I just have one question. With stripe do the take the 2.9%+30 cents per transaction out right away so what goes into your account stays their or does the pay go into your acount and at end of month stripe take all the transaction fees out at once?
Stripe is "pay as you go" so the fee is taken out instantly per transaction. Stripe also can payout to your bank account at different times. Such as daily, weekly and monthly, or manual payout. It all depends on what they allow for your account. You have to make a few transactions first before they release the funds to you when it's your first time. Trust building 😁

I will try it later, but I am curious. You mention people can just enter their CC info onto markate through your phone? So you dont need to get square and a separate box to take cards if you have markate? I am confused about that part.
Yes you can take cards on the spot through Markate but you still need stripe downloaded

Yes and yes
So we can pretty much use this to track expenses? Would i still need quickbooks?
Still need QuickBooks but Markate has a QuickBooks integration feature for free. It synchs your customers, invoices, expenses etc. Also does QuickBooks Payroll service and lots of other "connectors" to other services. Been with them for 4 years now. Really good crm that they keep improving all the time with new features.
Hey brother, just got me a Markate account. just curious for the ringless voicemail, what number pops up on your clients' phone when they see they received a voicemail from you? Is it a number you can manually put in or some auto generated number? I see when you do sms blasts it auto generates a number. Please let me know if you know anything!
Also what is your opinion on not just adding customers that you've done work for to the crm, but potential customers that you want to reach out and market to, some ringless voicemails for example. I am adding a bunch of realtors I've found online to my list of customers, any pros and cons you see to that?
I believe its your cell phone number that pops up thats affiliated with your MArkate account. And i always ad realtors and apartment managers to my CRM that way i can do those email batches and ringless voicemails
awesome! Yeah i hope it is the cell phone number, I will test it out. I know for me personally when I get spam looking numbers contacting me I don't think twice about it. Still more pros to it regardless.
Your videos are pretty helpful but FYI, we can see a lot of your customer's addresses and contact info. Hopefully those are dummy accounts?
What do you use to charge? I have markate but I dont think they do charging.

Can you take card details on file? I require deposits to hold schedule spot, and like to have it saved so it can be charged anyways if they ghostafter work is complete

@Austin Davis is that built in? I guess I'm asking can, I measure out square footage of a parking lot and then estimate off that using a map in the app?

I does excellent online estimates. It even has an add on feature to do video estimating. Never tried it though.
I use HouseCall Pro. Have you ever tried them? HCP is good, but I’ve thought about trying out Markate.

I have Markate, you can't call from it but you can route the call to your phone number.
