It was not a hard decision to use the Hengst for my Honda Civic, good build quality plus proven protection. I am not disappointed with how well it kept my engine clean.
Looks normal Bill 👍 I always see black soot and some sparkles in mine. The soot is carbon from combustion that enters the oil as blowby. Sparkles are wear metals primarily from start-up, when most wear occurs. Quality filter.
I like those Hengst made in Poland, I never saw a bad one and the craftsmanship is always excellent.
I like how it feels well made even in the hand. It's very solid compared to other filters. Thanks Bud.😉
Mine were made in Turke! Best build I have seen!
They are well made, I like the build Quality.

Nice build. I keep buying more!
I have a few more now since the filter worked so great.
7:25 ,the sounds of cutting hot fresh Italian garlic & butter bread 🍞 🔪
Now I'm getting hungry, that filter had life in it left but I always change my filters with every oil change.
@@crazybillsgarage rather kill the filters then the engine
@daewooparts so true, filter is there to save the engine, even a Fram tries its best to save an engine, not saying a Fram can but it tries.😅

Thanks Kristian, great filter, I will be getting a few more for the Honda.
Great filter, i may start using them. Thanks Bill.😊😊
You would use something other than a dealer filter, the times are changing. 😅
Filter is doing it´s job catching the impurities.
20,000km the engine is hardly broken in.
At least I'm driving it this year.😅
Don't know about the shinys, but maybe the colored stuff is sealer? Paint chips? Ooh! I'm putting my bet on paint chips from bolt witness marks!
That is a good realization of how the wonderful colors are getting in my Honda filters.😁
These things are not cheap.. should have a silicone adbv IMO.
Your right they should, would definitely put the finishing touch on a good filter
Aluminium will not stick to a magnet 😂
Yes wise words from Looney
