Hey there! I am also using a Sony Alpha a5100, and I'm wondering if I would be able to work with this teleprompter with the standard lens that came with the camera. I don't think it has any threads on the end, so I'm not sure if there was an alternate way to connect it.
Hey, very good review of this teleprompter. No, I don't use a teleprompter yet, and because I do need one, because I can't remember my texts. I also think using a teleprompter saves a lot of work. Normally I have to start over at least ten times because I have forgotten my texts. If this promter works well then I hope to save time. Now I usually do my vlogs outside and sometimes while walking. The question is whether it is suitable since the build quality is not great. Won't the smartphone fall out? And another problem is that I am using a 16mm lens with a screw diameter of 43cm. I'm afraid this adapter is not among them. But after seeing the review, I think this prompter is suitable for what I will use it for. Greetings from Eddy from Belgium

The bestview app isn’t on the App Store any more. The parrot teleprompter app is free and a good choice though. Just wish it fitted an iPad mini. I’ve used teleprompter pro for years on my iPad and phone but if you change the font on the phone to use it it Chang’s also in the iPad which I don’t want that’s why I’m looking for a different one. I used autoscript at work which is for professional use and is prohibitively expensive.
yes! I bought a teleprompter and use a mini-monitor reflected in order to keep eye contact with my co-workers and team on Zoom meetings since I work remotely.
Did you have problems with the video capting the corners of the teleprompter. Or with the space for the phone? Also, did you try with autofocus, does it rotate or shakes?

I see it on eBay now for £29.99 which makes it a really good buy in think.

Not had any issues like this so far, and I've used this for all of my recent videos. What lens are you using?
