On May 4th, 2019, we hosted our very first trail race and it was a doozy! With 22 miles and over 8000 feet of gain, Tiger Claw packs a punch. Throw in that runners get to choose their own adventure and it just heightens the fun! We had some of the most amazing volunteers - without them, this race wouldn't have happened. Thank you to everyone who believed in our idea and helped not only make our dream come true but took part in an incredibly memorable day!

Well done! About how many volunteers were involved, and what was your biggest gotcha about the event?
@@dalezapple2493 over 70 volunteers - many from out of state or country!!! Biggest gotcha: the MONTHS of sleepless nights and stress, hahaha!
This is amazing and I think I even saw my ass in a quick shot! 😂 It brought a little tear to my eye reliving the day. 💙 You guys rocked it and I can't WAIT to see my name on that arch next year! 🙌

I've done about 25-30 races in my life. Without a doubt, Tiger Claw was one of the most organized and best run races I've ever done. This video has my hyped for next year. Also, Ethan, I want to apologize for telling you you were "a bad man" at the end of the race. You were concerned, but it was just that my quads were en fuego and it was how I expressed my love of the race.
Every time I watch one of your videos I get the urge to sign up to every single fucking race there is
I want to hear more about the logistics with the choose your own loop and the "boop" timing thing. I wish I was closer to Seattle so I could actually run it next time! Alabama is quite a trip away. Can't wait to see how this race grows!
YAY! We made the video! 5:40 and 9:08! This was the best race ever, one of the hardest I've ever run, and one of the most fun I've ever had.
Tiger Claw was a truly OUTSTANDING experience! I was excited to be part of the inaugural running of this unique event. It was a humbling and exhilarating the entire course, trashed the legs as expected and delivered against the prerace hype. Extremely well organized and so much fun! Looking forward to coming back next year and beyond.

lucky to have "ran" it last year and I think this is one of these events that will be difficult to get in next year . It will full in no time, keep your eyes wide opened .
