Hi Margaret! Lara is wearing the size SMALL North Face Hydration Vest. She usually wears a medium in clothing so they do tend to run a tiny bit big. I actually put it on and was able to snap it. I wear a large normally. (although I would say that ladies who wear a large should try the medium in this vest0
