The turbo diesel is obviously better drive because of the turbo. However any good mechanic will tell you NEVER buy a Diesel Mazda. MAZDA DIESEL NOT RELIABLE 👎
I would recommend this car if u like sporty driving coz it drives really well if we don’t factor the power, I just wish Mazda could bring the 2.5 turbo to SA, but looking at the price of the diesel already, I can tell that it would be very expensive, just under the R900k mark
Yep definitely closer to that 900K mark and at that price you're reaching a certain level of luxury that the German brands offer and I don't think the Mazda would sell if that was the case
Sorry, but having paddle shifters does not mean you want to race or want to imply it's a racy vehicle. Yes, it's used in some racing applications to allow the driver all the focus onto to the road in their time critical application, but the benefit of the technology in our application - it allows the driver to conveniently select the gear the driver needs if you don't want to wait for the vehicle to change at a point. It's got nothing to do with wanting to race!!!! If you don't need it or see the point in it don't downplay what is does for those who understand what a drivers car is about...and that's why the feature is there for us who use it regularly. Ignore it if you don't need it. THANK YOU MAZDA FOR LISTENING TO US....THE DRIVERS AND OWNERS OF YOUR LOVELY VEHICLES. By the way, we also don't need the gimmickry full touch screen that all car reviewers ask for, in our cars, but we prefer the straight forward reliable system that has butttons to do what we want without aiming for a touch point on a screen while we are on the move, we know full well how your MZD Connect systems works.
Definitely love the new review style! Funny how I was super close to buying this car, the Dynamic or the Carbon edition, until I test drove the Haval H6 which was world apart in terms of technology and drive train. I would definitely recommend the diesel as well here, but that price? Nooo!
Natural engines are the best. Easy to maintain and repair.
