Wonderful cocktail of romance, idealism & suspense, music by OP Nayyar is superb as always, all the songs are gems. Prithviraj Kapoor, Biswajeet, Sharmila Tagore, Mumtaz all are fine & done justice with their roles. Totally, a great treat for classic film lovers.

The Hindu. Excellent combination of music lyrics and rendition. I liked the songs very much and was very happy it happened to be O P Sahebs favourite. Excellent upload. I love the music of this movie right from its release when I was a very small boy. Later I saw this movie in one of its repeat release in 1978, as they called it at "reduced rate release'' those days. I was stunned to see a wonderful movie with most beautiful looks & performances of actors, wonderful perfect songs - with superb lyrics and amazing compositions just too good a treat, yet under-rated. Thanks for uploading such a fresh print! In fact entire hall used to sit spell bound listening to the songs, unlike these days when people wait for songs to go out of hall for a break.
