The audio frequencies and colors in this video are for meditating and tuning the Anahata or the Heart Chakra (green). The Heart Chakra is located on the spine in the area of the heart. It is associated with our ability to give and receive love, feel compassion and to reach out to others. It is the center of the Chakras, balancing the seven energy centers. Physically linked to heart, circulatory system, and immune system. Very important healing area. When out of balance, you may feel closed off to others, lack of self-esteem, insecure, jealous, unloved and filled with self-doubt.
Anahata is related to the thymus, located in the chest. The thymus is an element of the immune system as well as being part of the endocrine system. It is the site of maturation of the T cells responsible for fending off disease and may be adversely affected by stress. Anahata is related to the color green. Key issues involving Anahata involve complex emotions, compassion, tenderness, unconditional love, equilibrium, rejection and well-being. Physically Anahata governs circulation, emotionally it governs unconditional love for the self and others, mentally it governs passion, and spiritually it governs devotion.

432Hz Harmonics - Theoretically 432Hz vibrates more in tune with the natural energy of the universe, the universe in which we are a part of. Versus 440 which is slightly off, or out of tune with the natural world... us. Basically, the A above middle C, in this day and age is tuned to 440. The idea here is that A is more harmonic when tuned to 432. Harmonic with what? Us, the world, the universe; nature. The principal is that if A is tuned to 432, and all of the other notes are in tune with the A, then the music is more vibrationally in tune with us, thus having a more powerful effect on us. It is said that 432Hz is healing to us down to a cellular level, even our DNA is positively affected by the vibrations.

Due to eating disorders and other mental issues especially my heart and my sacral chakra are really really blocked. It is taking me so much effort to break trough and heal those chakras. at the beginning of the meditation i felt so much resistence i am not gonna lie the restistence stayed till the end but if felt my heart chakra being activated, like a lil break through. Hopefully when I repeat this I can some timee fully heal the chakras. Thank you so so much!!

Yeah, and within in that image, a lion dog, a shit zu, and a whole lot more. Spectacular imagery, a reminder to me that although just one universe, or Tao or whatever you want to name that which can't really be named, we are it, so to speak, we are the whole and the bits and pieces too, clumsily said by me, but this meditation has brought out that that thought in this individualised part of the universe that is temporarily observing itself.
I began meditating in jan 2020. Beofre starting i was suicidal. In the space of a ten minute meditation i had done a 180 degree turn spiritually. Im not sure about the why and whats of it. I went in feeling dull and lifeless and came out loving everyone and everything even loving myself. I had a spring in my step. Those loving feelings continued for two years then i I gradually stopped meditating and began feeling like dirt again. Its important to find and maintain a balance with this practice.
