When you are in vietnam, you just need to look for the word "chay" in the restaurant name or the dish name. Chay means vegetarian. And since vietnamese do not use dairy in their cook, vegetarian is like vegan food.
but in the temple the words are chinese？i thought its Malaysia！never known vietnam is influneced by Malaysia before
