He also took on well ranked fighters and won some really tough fights. Judah embarrassed himself as well as the guy in the ring doing the interviews.
That Russian/Aussie accent is awesome! Lol. Kostya was a beast and he's right. If Judah went on any longer, he'd most definitely could've got his self hurt. This L was not on the ref., great call imo.

He was clutching at straws trying to get a controversial statement out of the ref,but he was to professional for that shit & stuck solid to his decision.
A shocking upset there. He held 2 belts. He had held the belt that Judah had before. No respect from Judah towards the hardest puncher in the division at the time.
Great fight by Kostya Tzysu I remember watching him early in his career when I was only 8 years old.He always had the pony tail even back then. All that training and Kostya proves that the one thing you can't teach is a good attitude.
They never wanted Kostya in America. They made it so hard for him in America .All the so called greats avoided him. No money to be made from a Russian -Australian fighter with a Russian promoter. Best 140 i have seen. Would have taken Manny apart early in career. Have Manny on top when they got older.. What a great judge Jeff Fenech was . He backed Kostya to win inside two rounds.
That slo-mo replay of the punch just before the knockout shows his awesome power at 140 lbs. He rolled his entire body weight through that right hand that just missed. It would have knocked Judah into the first row. The next one didnt miss. One guy had speed and power, the other had a big mouth and could breakdance. Took Tszyu only 1 round to figure him out. Tszyu was a magnificent undisputed champion.
@Derek Gleeson When you are going for the 3 belts and unification in your weight division you have to give your opponent respect . We all know one good punch can win a fight and kostya didn't get to the top by not taking things seriously.
Yes and Zab won the first round big and thought it was going to be a cake walk and from there. Kosta, however, closed the distance and made adjustments to Zab's speed and Zab didn't want to accept that and it ended up in disaster for him.
