Thank you for all these videos especially this one. I had blood in urine two three times understood caffeine doesn't help. I noticed I'm unable to tolerate citrus fruits as well. Having so much discomfort. Now I will be careful with food Thank u so much.
After my hysterectomy I started to leak a little when I stood up. I went to obgyn, waited for an HOUR never seen the dr, went to receptions got my check back ( copayment ) . As I was entering the elevator, I seen receptionist, nurse & dr. Never went back, almost 30 years later I find myself looking for information about how to make wee ☹️
I have had this on and off in the past several months. Very embarrassing, but comforting to know many women experience this. Mine is feeling the urge to go but I'm in the middle of something. So I wait. Then the urge passes. Then suddenly I am trying to run to the bathroom. It's like it comes on suddenly after I have waited from earlier. I'm learning from you, don't wait. Go when you need to. When I experience the bit of irritation, I tend to lean on unsweetened cranberry juice. About 1/4c in my full glass of water usually does the trick. I also drink that once a week, just for posterity.
I got my urine sample tested so many times. I frequently urinate. Also there’s burning and sharp pain while I am urinating. I went to a urologist. He said the same thing as you just shared in the video. He told me my urine is acidic and asked me to drink tons of water. Also I do have on and off constipation. Thanks for sharing this video. It’s just a reassurance . 🙏❤️Your videos are very informative. Is there anything we can do to balance these hormones?

Hi Usha Unfortunately, this is a really difficult question to answer as it is different for every woman. Some will go through the menopause and feel wonderful afterwards, both health-wise and emotionally, whereas others may struggle with symptoms for a long time and never completely feel good. This is why it is so important to look after yourself well and take good care of yourself as this can often help speed up the transition and get you out feeling well. Best Wishes Eileen
Eileen! You are looking lovely; hope you are feeling well also! Thank you so much again for explaining all of this so well. I haven‘t commented for awhile, but this is my BIG ISSUE. I have been noticing the bladder and bowels are very much connected in this. I find sometimes my bladder pain is less after having a bowel movement. For me though, it is not constipation, but rather somewhat looser stools. Something I find works very well for me is something called Femiflora Plus by Sanatura. It comes in powder form, one packet a day. (I buy it online here in Germany, not cheap, but absolutely worth it). It has special milk cultures and probiotics, as well as birch leaf and cranberry extract. Vitamin B complex as well. It is almost the only thing which gives me relief. Also, as you‘ve said over and over: a LOT of water. One thing I didn‘t realise though which you mentioned can make a huge difference is the strengthening of the pelvic muscles with exercises or Pilates. This is something I haven‘t tried since beginning peri-menopause. The daily Nordic Walking is helpful, but not enough I guess. Thanks again for all tips!
Hi Karen Thank you for your lovely comment, I am keeping well, hope you are too! Good to hear that you have found a remedy that is helping you; these things are worth the cost if they work well!
