Ooooh finally a hotel I stayed at twice (it was for work hahahaha) I loved that you listed out the features of the room, and idk if it’s good or bad, but the room amenities are still the same as when I stayed there when it was newly opened 12 years ago. Like the phone, the LAN, the large tv… and the lack of bidet (really disappointing, especially after Japan, right?) The sliding doors were disconcerting for my first time stay, and sad that there was no rain cloud shower (I think the junior suite might have it). Do they still have the heavy glass bottles for drinking water refill? Maybe I’m sentimental that I wanted to come back for one more stay in that hotel, but perhaps there are definitely better options for the same price point. I should rewatch your other hotel reviews soon lol
Haha! Oh wow work sponsor, nice! Totally agree about the bidet!! hahaha Rose went crazy lol. And they dont have the heavy glass bottle anymore, they have a water tap for drinking water at the toilet's basin haha. If work sponsors you again, why not? hahaha
@@BestHotelReviewChannel The one at ParkRoyal Langkawi, they receptionist took 45 minutes to handled us despite requesting for an early room 3 months prior to our holiday with an acknowledgement :( They direct us to the in-house restaurat and kindly gave us a 20% discount on our bill to compensate the issue. When we travelled to Pan Pacific Suites in KL, both of our stays took us about 10 minutes for the check-in. Huge difference lol

I can say The Capitol Kempinski hotel is one of my top tier hotel stay in Singapore, can say is top 5 la... Not going to say much, just let the experience in The Capitol Kempinski hotel "wow" you !
Actually we almost had the chance to review Kempinski, lol but life and choices didnt make it come true. But seems like many people are still raving on it haha, will review it once we get the next chance!

Capitol Kempinski is certainly above average with a great brekkie that I happily paid for, especially the breads. Hope one day Lance and Rose will review Capitol Kempinski :)
I just stayed at the vibe hotel, I have to say I personally don’t recommend, it’s run down and showing its age,the staff were great, location bit far from mrt but close enough to orchard road. Oh yeah walking up the hill killed us 😂. I hope you do a review of the vibe soon and see what you think.

For some reason Parkroyal check ins are damn long but under Pan Pacific, it's quite short.

Pan Pacific Group is pretty bad. Stayed at Pan Pacific Singapore a few years ago, and had such a bad experience I promised myself never again.
