- This is taken from a peer at Kesgrave Kruisers, who in turn had it inspired by a session from Hadleigh Hares - this is the benefit of clubs sharing sessions! Thank you all.
It is actually a self running session, but initially sounds complex. In it's simplest form it is run 4 minutes, walk 2 minutes, repeat. This could be completed on footpaths if your group is similar in pace, but if not, a field or track is ideal.
