Spencer Berke you should hear a carbon fiber intake plenum with cams. The idle sounds are insane. Great video bud and can’t wait for the next one. We definitely need some rollers with the induction noise. And if you ever want to tone down your exhaust some just have a resonator added. I definitely prefer induction sound over exhaust.

90% sure it’s one of the pulleys. You should change them first because they are much cheaper and easier to replace.
tacopsjan2222 I bet when he was at the mechanic shop they diagnosed the problem. Just my opinion though.

Great stuff Spencer! I absolutely love my Eventuri setup, best mod I’ve done by far. The noise just doesn’t get old and you’ll always be planting your foot to hear it on wide open throttle! Unfortunately I don’t have decent recording equipment to be able to share this experience, so I’m hoping you will be able to! A quality microphone under the hood will capture the sound well. Also, while you’re driving, I find that the induction noise is much more pronounced and clear while your windows are completely up. Any time my windows are down, wind noise and exhaust cover up the induction somewhat. Keep your windows up and hit WOT - the sound is intoxicating! Congrats again and keep them coming. 👏🏻

I run an eventuri carbon intake on my E46 M3 absolutely brilliant bit of kit, sounds epic and gives real gains straight out the box. I had mine custom mapped and it’s even better 👍🏻

it's a beautiful piece of tech. I just struggle with the price tag for the entire setup. At the same time the smile Spencer had is priceless so it continues to be something I think about upgrading to

The inside of the plenum are actually called trumpets and there a direct copy of the oem. Internals
I was surprised they missed that, all you have to do is look inside the oem plenum. the sound comes from the thin carbonfiber plenum itself, the top of it flexes under load

Sounds awesome. Had a carbon driveshaft installed on my e92 this week. Sounds like one should be in your future. Pretty nice upgrade and got rid of the metal clanking noise.

This carbon plenum will be my next mod. I finished mixing my M3 5 yrs ago and this is the first thing that came up that made me want to add it to my car. Induction noise is the best and the S65 is the perfect car for a carbon box. S85 would be out of this world as well. M6 on deck??!!

I just got my e92 m3. This is definitely a dream mod for me. Right working on maintenance. Rod bearings sitting on my garage shelf waiting to be installed.
Another great video Spencer, amazing bit of eye candy under the bonnet, regarding the cowbell sound I thought you changed the centre support bearing and fixed this sound? I've done a couple of videos on my channel regarding this issue and still haven't fixed mine either but I was about to do the centre support bearing after I saw your video.

Also I noticed you've had various setups on the car for exhaust setup/intakes and etc. Do you believe the overall experience/sound/gains is better with the eventuri intake vs like a match schnell intake setup or something?
N\A carbon Airintake nothing beats that feeling what you get from that sound got the same setup on my S50B30!

I am making lots of highway driving with my m3 so wanna ask you sound bothers you when driving in constant rpm with that intake ? I got supersprint axleback which drone free basiclly so maybe installing this to my car can spice up the things little bit without ruining my long driving sessions in highways😁

Hey love your mod to your M3, but I wonder have got any mod on your transmission axis?
If you have chance, get a JFiber carbon transmission axis, it will raise your drive experience to another level, way much more direct and clean!
In the video it sounds similar to revving with the plenum completely off, but like 5x louder so sick lol
its like putting an m50 intake and 3.5' piping on an e36. changes the induction noise 100% and the 10-20hp gain is pretty noticeable.

You can see the top of the plenum vibrate at high revs. I'm getting one now lol
