Wow! Amazing vlog! I should probably get one of those rollers too. Ever since my hip injury at the start of this month, I’ve been so afraid of hurting myself again. I also like to warm up by doing basics such as stroking. My coach usually has me warm up by doing front and backwards crossovers before my lesson with her.

I love my roller! I also have this little ball with smaller bumps on it to roll out my feet and reach areas the foam roller can't
