That minecart trick in the fire temple was the most hilarious karmic backfire. Like the universe was saying “wait, she should’ve died from that” and sent the soldier construct in to take care of it

Zelda was always fond of Silent Princess flowers, but could never cultivate them in her garden, despite tons of reasearch. Yet, strangely, they bloom around Dragon Tears. Her tears. As a Dragon, Zelda became trapped within her own body, mindless, and voiceless. A Silent Princess.
Obsessed with the duality of "I really like this dungeon because you can climb and stuff but you can also sort of go through it the way that they clearly want you to do it" followed IMMEDIATELY by "I wanna cheat"
So as a counterpoint to your idea of Zelda simply learning how to use her Time Powers, she no longer has the means to do that, because Queen Sonia, the only person who could have taught her, is dead.
God, this series is so fun to watch after beating the game! I love the build up to the Zelda reveal, you spend so much time searching for her, doing side quests involving her and she's just there the whole time! I got slightly spoiled on the Dragon tears's secret and was terrefied that Zelda did turn herself into an immortal dragon just to save all of Hyrule and even told my friends "If what I think is about to happen happens, im gonna cry like a bitch" and I did, lol. The First tear after I got when i was set on doing the geoglyphs was the master sword one, which confirmed my fears sending me into a crying fit and every single tear that featured Zelda after the sealing of Gannon did the same. I think Nintendo really nailed the frantic feeling of searching for someone lost, because in BotW I didnt reallt feel the need to rescue Zelda that much, the memories were nice motivation but they left a lot to be desired and you just spend the whole game avoiding Hyrule Castle because its the obvious end game, yet here all I could think about was reuniting Link and Zelda, because they are so cute together!
You can actually "cheat the system" in that area by climbing into where the torch/candles are, putting it out with a splash fruit, and then using ascend. Do that once more and you'll pop out on solid ground beside the lava pool
Cece did actually comment on my combination of outfits, saying something along the lines of "you clearly don't care for fashion" and I was offended enough I ate all her electoral mushrooms in front of her and then abandoned the quest line
Apparently in the Japanese version of the game the sign outside of Zelda house says “our house” or something like they. So it seems that they are both living there.
