    Good on you for taking your frustrations out constructively! Just a suggestion, might want to try getting your chest to touch the mat for each rep to get the maximum benefit out of the exercise. Great Effort!

      Yeah that's very good point I noticed that I was getting my head to touch the mat and not my chest. Thanks ❤
