I think one of the most important parts of growing muscles is actually resting after working out, take 1 or 2 days off but on the third day train as much as you can...
I'll definitely try to implement 2 rest days into my work we shall see thanks for the feedback 😊

I think 15kg for 7 should suit you, doing the 15kg around 3-5 times would probably be better then dropping weight, maybe hold the weights parallel with your shoulders and go slow on the way down. Sometimes you build more going to failure and by lowering the weights slowly. When you curl, try to have a slower stricter form, you don't need to curl to much weight you mainly focus on technique for biceps as they are a small muscle group. Heavier weights for bench press and for Triceps. No offence but your curling form is bad, to improve it, try keeping your arm straight and slowly twist outward on the way up and then slowly lower, no fast movements. Try to focus on certain muscle groups rather then going back and forth between muscle groups, I think that would be more beneficial. To help you eat, if you cannot manage lunch, lower the amount of your first meal, then have a small lunch then have a medium dinner this will help to get into the routine of having three meals. instead of increasing the amounts have snacks in between this should help with putting on weight maybe. Keep going man you are doing well and will get to your goals.

Good on you for taking your frustrations out constructively! Just a suggestion, might want to try getting your chest to touch the mat for each rep to get the maximum benefit out of the exercise. Great Effort!
