I don't think that people really realize what kind of mind that Walter Martin had. This dude had a real keenly refined intellect just on his own, without God. The standard amount of study it takes, and the balance amount of course set memory one has to have as to just as be able to talk about one piece of subject matter, like he did, is amazing; let alone him covering all of what he covered in his life time for all the areas he covered. You can easily miss it; because he talked in such a simple down to earth way. To me, he as of least, at least he was one of the best minds of the time period I grew up in. The guy knew his stuff. So for someone like him to so talk about Jesus, and God the way he did, well it is hard to not believe him. Even though mine relationship with God is so much different than someone like Walter. Am not someone that is so emboldened; am not someone that even so much as likes to go oh around and talk about the Creator, like somehow I am some keen advice giver about him. Me personally even though I am what a Trinitarian Christian-my believing in the blood substitution atonement of sins, and in the resurrection, and the dying on the cross, and his what ascension to the throne, etc. This stuff is still just way over my head. The concept is hard to grasp. Because failure of things and myself still, and what other sin still runs through my life. 911truthministries.blogspot.com, a guy wrote a good story there. You may relate.

    8 Calvinistic Beliefs vs.THE BIBLE :
    What's The Difference???...
Calvinism : Jesus Died ONLY for the Elect alone.
    BIBLE : Jesus Died for ALL (2 Corinthians 5:14-15, cf. John 1:29, 6:33, 6:51, Colossians 1:20-23, 1 Timothy 2:6, 4:10, Hebrews 2:9, 1 John 2:2, cf. 5:19),
including those who DENY Him (2 Peter 2:1, cf. Luke 22:14-21, Hebrews 10:26-29, Jude 1:4).
Calvinism : Jesus is The Propitiation ONLY for the Elect alone.
BIBLE : Jesus is The Propitiation NOT ONLY for the Elect alone,
BUT ALSO for the WHOLE WORLD (1 John 2:2, cf. John 1:29, 6:33, 6:51),
    which includes ALL UN-BELIEVERS (1 John 5:19, Revelation 3:10, 12:9, 16:14).
Calvinism : God Gives Saving Grace ONLY to the Elect alone.
BIBLE : God Gives Saving Grace to ALL (Titus 2:11, cf. Isaiah 45:22, Luke 3:6, 1 Timothy 2:4-6, 4:10),
but some Receive It in Vain (2 Corinthians 6:1),
and Fall Short of It (Hebrews 12:15),
    and Pervert It (Jude 1:4-19),
and Reject It (Galatians 1:6, Hebrews 10:29).
Calvinism : God has Mercy ONLY on the Elect alone.
BIBLE : God has Mercy on ALL (Romans 11:32, cf. Psalm 145:8-9).
Calvinism : God does NOT Want All to be Saved.
BIBLE : God DOES Want ALL to be Saved (1 Timothy 2:4-6, cf. Isaiah 45:22, Ezekiel 18:23, 18:32, 33:11, Matthew 23:37, Acts 17:30-31, Romans 10:21).
Calvinism : It is God's PLEASURE to Doom the Wicked to Destruction.
BIBLE : God takes NO PLEASURE in the Death of the Wicked (Ezekiel 18:23, 18:32, 33:11, Matthew 23:37, Romans 10:21).
Calvinism : God has Decreed ALL Things.
BIBLE : God has NOT Decreed All Things (Jeremiah 19:5/ESV, cf. Isaiah 10:1, 30:1, 55:8-9, Hosea 8:4, 1 John 2:16),
but He has ALLOWED All of the Nations to Walk in their OWN Ways (Acts 14:16, 17:30).
Calvinism : Election is According to a Mysterious Secret Un-Conditional DECREE of God.
BIBLE : Election is According to The FOREKNOWLEDGE of God (1 Peter 1:2, cf. Jeremiah 1:5, John 6:64, Acts 2:23, Romans 8:29, 11:2).

    Deuteronomy 30:15-20
    King James Version
    15 See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;
16 In that I command thee this day to love the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the Lord thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.
    17 But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them;
18 I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it.
19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:
20 That thou mayest love the Lord thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them

For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren; and these whom He predestined, He also called; and these whom He called, He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified.

Yes, God knows the end from the beginning...he is outside of time so that only makes sense. But what specifically did he predestine? Only that those whom believe in Christ Jesus would be conformed to His image (sanctified). And yes, he knew who those would be. The verse does not say that He predestined who would believe.

I love Dr Walter Martin and have great respect for his teaching and his work for our GOD. I agree with most of what he has relayed here,
    However ...
I can't agree with this Mulinistic view of the "Computer of GOD".
I believe that, just as HE chose Abraham and Israel
NOT because of who they were or what they did, (indeed scripture demonstrates they were just as fallen as everyone else), but
BECAUSE HE CHOSE TO LOVE THEM!
    ~
The same applies to all us fallen in this NT world.
HE CHOOSES US, NOT becuase of who we are or what we have done, but becuase HE CHOSE to Love/Foreknow us!
(No time to look up all the scripture now as I have to go to church!)
(Many of you more initiated will already know the scripture references by familiarity.)

True Biblical predestination is NOT a mystery, but the following:
Many people in the church today are clueless and in a state of great confusion regarding what true Biblical predestination is and because of Calvinism's great influence in the churches, they will fall back on Calvinism's twisted definition that has been forcefully imposed into many seminaries, Bible colleges, theology textbooks, dictionaries, churches, and church constitutions for centuries.
True Biblical predestination takes place AFTER a person comes to faith in Christ. The Christian is predestinated for 3 things which takes place in the future at the Rapture - 1 Corinthians 15:51-52, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17. True Biblical predestination ONLY applies to those that are saved.
    1) They are predestinated to be CONFORMED TO THE IMAGE OF CHRIST - Romans 8:29-30, 1 Corinthians 15:49 - And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. Philippians 3:21 - Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. All saved people will be like Christ. We shall be like Him - 1 John 3:2. This is a future aspect at the Rapture.
    2) They are predestinated to have an INHERITANCE in heaven - Ephesians 1:11, John 14:2-4. Again, this is a future aspect.
    3) They are predestinated to have GLORIFIED ETERNAL BODIES OF FLESH AND BONE, the REDEMPTION OF OUR PHYSICAL BODIES just like Jesus resurrected body described in Luke 24:39, Ephesians 1:4-5, Romans 8:23, Christ's newly resurrected glorified body is the prototype of what is to come for all saved Christians at the RAPTURE - 1 Corinthians 15:51-54, 1 Thessalonians 4:14-17, 1 John 3:2. They are predestinated for the PRE-TRIBULATION RAPTURE - 1 Thessalonians 5:8-9.

The only exception I would make to this message is that Jesus made it clear that the way the Church is being built, by GOD granting faith to sinners, that even the gates of Hell cannot prevail against it. Was the Lord simply being hyperbolic, or did He MEAN what He SAID? If Jesus means what He says, then even unto this day He has a "prison ministry", for that is what Hell IS (A spiritual prison where men await the final judgement). We know Jesus preached to SPIRITS in PRISON (Hell) upon His death, and we know He set many of these captives FREE from that PRISON to go on ahead of Him to Glory. Why would we think He doesn't save His sheep that died in their sins, if they are predestined by God for RESCUE? Many Near Death Experiencers bear this truth out with wonderful conversion testimonies.

But see, I used to study theology in the reformed view. But now I don¨t know what to think. there is another preacher whose name is Adrian Rogers and he makes very good points I encourge you to listen to his sermon called "Predestined to Hell? absoulutly not." You can find this video in youtube. He also has a page called Loveworthfindingministries.org or LWF.org. He says in his sermons or he summerizes it this way: who are the elected? the whosoeverwills. this was a breakthrouh to me, it was like a paradigm shift, cause all this time I only seen theology from the calvin lenses and I cuoldn¨t possible think of a diffrent doctrine. you have nothing to loose. Give Dr Adrian Rogers a chance to explain to you his thesis in this subject. He is also a SouthernBabtist. Now he during his life time met with many reformed theologians such as John McArthur and Dr R.C Sproul who are Reformed theologians to the bone. Finally, I believe there is in fact many mysteries in the Kingdom of God that perhaps we in this life will not understand completely. God bless you.

    ====================================================================================================
There is a world of difference between true Biblical predestination and election versus Calvinist "predestination" and "election." Calvinism will use the terms "predestination" and "election" interchangeably to mean the same thing, that is, salvation or damnation which is predetermined in eternity past by God.
Calvinism has hijacked the words, "chose", "chosen", "elect", "election" and "predestinate" and perverted the true definition. The true definition is NOT "chose", "chosen", "elect", "election" for salvation. When the Bible talks about being "chosen" or "elect" or "election", it is referring to individuals that have willingly believed the gospel of John 3:16 and are saved that are "chosen"/"elected" AFTER salvation for MINISTRY/ SERVICE/EVANGELISM.
The true Biblical definition of ELECTION is that God elects/chooses those that are saved who willingly believed in the simple gospel of John 3:16 for SERVICE/MINISTRY/EVANGELISM.
Matthew 28:19 - Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Mark 16:15-16 - 15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
John 15:16 - Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
The below are examples of God CHOOSING/ELECTING saved people for SERVICE/MINISTRY/EVANGELISM:
    1) God CHOSE the Israelites, the Jewish nation to be His chosen people. The Jews are God's ELECT - Deut 7:6, 14:2, 1 Kings 3:8, Psalms 33:12, 106:5, Isaiah 43:10, 45:4, 65:9, 22 Matthew 24:22, 31 Mark 13:20, Luke 18:7, Romans 9:11, 11:28, 2 Tim 2:10, 1 Peter 2:4.
    2) God CHOSE Jesus to be the chief cornerstone - 1 Peter 2:4, 6. God chose Jesus to be the Messiah - Isaiah 42:1-4, 49:7, Matt 12:18, Luke 9:35, 23:35, John 1:34, and was chosen to die on the cross for ALL mankind - Matt 12:18, 1 Peter 2:4.
    3) Jesus CHOSE 12 men to be His disciples - Luke 6:13, John 6:70, John 13:18, John 15:16, 19, Acts 1:2. God CHOSE Matthias to replace
    Judas Iscariot - Acts 1:24-26.
    4) Saul of Tarsus who became Paul was CHOSEN by Jesus to be the apostle to the Gentiles - Acts 9:15, 13:2, 22:14-15.
    5) Simon Peter was CHOSEN by God to bring the gospel message to Cornelius and his family - Acts 10:1-48, Acts 15:7. Simon Peter was CHOSEN also to be the apostle to the Jews.
    6) God CHOSE Moses to lead the Israelites out of Egypt and to the Promised Land - Numbers 16:5-6.
    7) God CHOSE Aaron and the tribe of Levi to be the priestly line - Numbers 17:5, 1 Sam 2:28, 2 Chronicles 29:1. God chose priests from
the tribe of Levi to minister before Him in the temple and would be paid by the tithes of the people - Deut 18:5-8, 21:5, 1 Chronicles 15:2
    8) God CHOSE Abraham - Nehemiah 9:7, God CHOSE Isaac and Jacob - Psalms 135:4, Isaiah 41:8, Ezekiel 20:5, and CHOSE Judah -
1 Chronicles 28:4, Psalms 78:67, to be in the line of Messiah.
    9) God CHOSE David to replace King Saul and to be in the line of Messiah - 2 Samuel 6:21, 1 Kings 8:16, 1 Chronicles 28:4, 2 Chron 6:6, Psalms 89:3.
    10) God CHOSE Solomon to be king after his father David - 1 Chronicles 29:1.
    11) God CHOSE Mary and Joseph. Mary, the mother of Jesus - Luke 1:30, 42-45, 48. Joseph, the husband of Mary - Matthew 1:20.
    12) God CHOSE Jerusalem to be His forever chosen city - Deut 15:20, Deut 16:2, 15, 1 Kings 8:44, 11:13, 14:21, 2 Kings 21:7, 23:27,
    2 Chron 6:6, 34, 12:13, 33:7, Nehemiah 1:9, Psalms 132:13, Zechariah 3:2.

I love your scripture references but, as Walter Martin alludes to, none of them address directly the question of God's free will Sovereignty and man's free will. The Lord has left out the texts and we have been debating that issue since the early church. As depraved and in love with world as the natural fallen man is, why does he choose God over the world.? I just cannot believe that I could have made a decision for Christ lest the Lord had granted me Grace, Repentance and the Will to make said decision. We all must.follow the direction of this following scripture.....So then, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your salvation with fear and trembling; Philippians 2:12
I am still working out this difficult doctrine of Predestination/Election and will be 72 years of age, saved at 9 years of age..[ Evangelism and Sun. School Teacher] Almost everyday the Holy Spirit takes me to more scriptures on this and other doctrine but He has not answered the key question of free will of man verses Sovereignty of God, as of yet...We all should ask God , the Holy Spirit to give us direction and Truth of Doctrine plus ... the peace that passes all understanding on this and other doctrines that prompt scholars to have opposite views and debates. There is a reason that the Lord is making some of these doctrines so difficult and we will someday learn same.
      God Bless

Your extensive attempt to destroy the central truth of salvation is all grasping for straws! Predestination unto salvation is the supreme glorious truth of the Gospel. God, before the foundation of the world, chose His elect people, and gave these specific people the grace of Christ, and secured their salvation, all of it! He chose these individuals out of HIS FREE WILL and PURE MERCY AND GRACE. God effectively works in these peoples lives and GIVES them everything!!! Including repentance, and saving faith. Saving faith is a GIFT of God given ONLY to Gods elect people. Pertaining to the rest of humanity God chose to give Justice which is his righteous indignation and wrath against sinners. This is called the doctrine of reprobation, another central truth of Christianity. You, wtom, hate and deny these two truths.... So I am not going to draw any conclusions you can ask yourself this question if a person denies the 2 central truths of salvation in The Bible is that person a converted soul? is that person saved?

God predestined before the foundation of the world that whosever believed in His Son would be saved.
Your man made religion removed Christ.
I’m sorry but you have no special status apart from Christ.
You can’t enter into the new covenant without the mediator of that covenant.
You can’t be born again without the very surgeon who performs the surgery.
      Your false doctrine usurps Christ.
Treats Him as an afterthought where Christ’s death in the cross is a mere formality.
This is simply biblical truth and milk that you are choking on.
Calvinism is a spirit and you don’t have ears to hear.
Repent and humble yourself and perhaps God will have mercy and open your eyes.
If Jesus Christ Himself told you to your face you can’t be born again apart from Him you still wouldn’t believe.
I know this because it’s all over His Word.
      JOHN 3:1-16
1 THERE WAS A MAN OF THE PHARISEES, NAMED NICODEMUS, A RULER OF THE JEWS:
2 THE SAME CAME TO JESUS BY NIGHT, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
**Nicodemus came to Jesus and SOUGHT HIM BEFORE HE WAS BORN AGAIN.
He obviously had the ABILITY TO SEEK.
3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, EXCEPT A MAN BE BORN AGAIN, HE CANNOT SEE THE KINGDOM OF GOD.
**Calvinists often use John 3:3 as some sort of proof text proving pre-faith regeneration; however it says thevecsct opposite.’of curse you have to be born again before you see the kingdom.
Calvinists fail to ask themselves a simple question and that is:
      1. What is the Kingdom of God?
      2. What does it mean to “SEE” the Kingdom of God?
      3. DO YOU SEE THE KINGDOM BEFORE YOU BELIEVE?
4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, EXCEPT A MAN BE BORN OF WATER AND OF THE SPIRIT, HE CANNOT ENTER INTO THE KINGDOM OF GOD.
**DO YOU ENTER INTO THE KINGDOM BEFORE YOU BELIEVE?
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and THOU HEAREST THE SOUND THEREOF, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is BORN OF THE SPIRIT.
**YOU CAN STILL HEAR THE WIND.
WHERE DOES THE WIND BLOW? EVERYWHERE!
BORN AGAIN = BORN OF THE SPIRIT.
      (COLLOSSIANS ‪3:11‬, TITUS 3:5, 1 PETER 1:23, JOHN 1:12,13, 2 CORINTHIANS 5:17)

      JOHN 11:25-27; JOHN 3:36, JOHN 11:40)
...According to Hebrews 11:1 faith is the evidence of things NOT seen yet Calvinists insist you must see FIRST in order to have the faith to believe which is actually the EXACT OPPOSITE of how Hebrews 11:1 defines faith.
If you have to see first then I hate to break it to you but that’s NOT FAITH:
      HEBREWS 11:1
1 NOW FAITH IS THE SUBSTANCE OF THINGS HOPED FOR, THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN.

      JOHN 11:25-27;40
25 JESUS SAID UNTO HER, I AM THE RESURRECTION, AND THE LIFE: HE THAT BELEIVETH IN ME, THOUGH HE WERE DEAD, yet shall he live:
26 And WHOSOEVER liveth and BELEIVETH in me shall never die. BELEIVEST THOU THIS?
27 She saith unto him, YEA, LORD: I BELEIVE that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world.…
40 Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, IF THOU WOULDEST BELEIVE, THOU SHOULDEST SEE THE GLORY OF GOD?
... what does John 11:40 say?
Does it say you see God’s glory first or do you BELIEVE first before you see God’s glory?
      ***************************************
      JOHN 3:36
36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and HE THAT BELIEVETH NOT THE SON SHALL NOT SEE LIFE; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
John 3:36 is also clear that you shall not SEE life UNTIL YOU BELIEVE.
You absolutely don’t see the kingdom in John 3:3 UNTIL YOU BELIEVE which is when you are born again yet Calvinists attempt to use this passage as a proof text.
It’s impossible and unbiblical to say you can be born again/quickened/regenerated/have life apart from or before Christ.
I believe the scriptures are clear that Christ is the very central figure in the operation of God, so my question would be how do you reconcile removing Christ from this operation when the scriptures don’t teach it???

    John 10:11,14-16,24-29 KJV
[11] I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. [14] I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. [15] As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep. [16] And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd. [24] Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly. [25] Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me. [26] But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. [27] My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: [28] And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. [29] My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.
    John 17:1-2,6,9,23 KJV
[1] These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: [2] As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. [6] I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine 👉🏿they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word. [9] I pray for

    Romans 9:11,13-16,18-24 KJV
[11] (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;) [13] As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated. [14] What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid. [15] For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. [16] So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy. [18] Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth. [19] Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will? [20] Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus? [21] Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour? [22] What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction: [23] And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory, [24] Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?

True Biblical predestination should not be considered a "mystery". The Bible is clear that man is not predestinated to be saved or lost in eternity past before anyone was ever born for that is Calvinism's perverse doctrine of "predestination" which is identical to the Islamic doctrine of fatalism. Both doctrines are false in that they both deny the free will of man in regards to his eternal destiny thereby making man a predestined mindless puppet on a string. The Bible is clear that man has free will to accept or reject God's free gift of eternal life. The following are the striking similarities of Calvinistic "predestination" and Islamic fatalism:
    1) The Islamic Surah Ibrahim 14:4 - "And We did not send any messenger except [speaking] in the language of his people to state clearly for them, and ALLAH SENDS ASTRAY(THEREBY) WHOM HE WILLS AND GUIDES WHOM HE WILLS. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise."
    2) The Islamic Surah 2:6-7 states, "It is the same to them whether you warn them or do not warn them, they will not believe. ALLAH HAS SET A SEAL ON THEIR HEARTS AND ON THEIR HEARING. AND ON THEIR EYES IS A VEIL; GREAT IS THE CHASTISEMENT THEY INCUR."
    3) John Calvin's Institutes of the Christian Religion, Book 3, Chapter 21, section 5 - "SOME ARE PREORDAINED TO ETERNAL LIFE, OTHERS TO ETERNAL DAMNATION, and accordingly, as each has been created for one or other of those ends, we say that he has been predestined to life or death."
    4) "That owing to one man all pass into condemnation who are born of Adam unless they are born again in Christ, even as He has appointed them to be regenerated, before they die in the body, whom He PREDESTINATED TO EVERLASTING LIFE, as the most merciful bestower of grace; while to those whom He HAS PREDESTINATED TO ETERNAL DEATH, He is also the most righteous awarder of punishment not only on account of the sins which they add in the indulgence of their own will, but also because of their original sin, even if, as in the case of infants, they add nothing thereto. Now this is my definite view on that question, so that the hidden things of God may keep their secret, without impairing my own faith." - Augustine, City of God, On the Soul and its Origin, Book 4, Chapter 16.
    5) In Islam, in the 2nd stage of "Taqdeer" (fate), it states that "Allah made a divine decree after the creation of Adam. Allah took out all of the progeny of Adam (i.e. all of the humans from the beginning of time until the end of time), and asked them "Am I not your Lord?" and all of the humans responded "We testify that You are our Lord!" THEN ALLAH DECREED TO THEM WHO SHALL GO TO PARADISE AND WHO SHALL GO TO HELL."
    6) In Islam, Allah is exalted and pleased as he sends people to hell: this is the fatalistic claim of Islam. Fatalism is a belief that events are fixed in advance for all time in such a manner that human beings are powerless to change them. In this case, Allah will send to heaven whomever he pleases, and send to hell whomever he pleases. ("Unveiling Islam: An Insider’s Look at Muslim Life and Beliefs" pages 31-32, by authors Ergun Mehmet Caner and Emir Fethi Caner Grand Rapids, MI: Kregel Publications, 2002.)

In Islam there is NO assurance of salvation in Christ you have eternal life once you repent and accept Jesus as your only Lord and savior. That’s why many Muslims blow themselves and many families get extremely happy when that happens and make a celebration. It’s a very contradictory false religion. Also, in the Hadith states that Muhammed had a nine year old little girl as a wife! I’m surah it states to kill those who don’t submit to Islam and to those who leave it! In one page it says to follow Jesus teachings and in another page it says to hate Jews and christian’s and Jesus was/is both. Abraham was also Jewish so it’s very evil of most Muslims to hate Jews if the father of Ishmael was Jewish. Muhammed was deceived by a fallen Angel to write the Quran and Hadith. He copied some teachings from the Bible and deleted and added others. I wish I knew if he had repented before he died

The learned Dr Martin failed to understand "God wills all men to be saved and come to a knowledge of Jesus" 1Timothy 2:4 and that 'God will accomplish everything he wills' Isaiah 46 :10 Daniel 4:35 Ephesians 1:11 The All Mighty God of the Universe does indeed subject all things unto Himself so that He is All in All 1Corinthians 15:28 at the end of the ages.
Jesus was sent and came to save sinners/everyone if He loses one single sinner eternally then He will fail
JESUS IS GOD John1:1 GOD IS LOVE 1John 4:8 Love NEVER fails 1Corinthians 13:8
If something has a form of Godliness (talking about God) but denies the POWER of God, then it's not true, and we must turn away 2 Timothy 3:5
God is Omnipotent, Omniscient, and Omnipresent it is impossible for His will to fail
God is the Only being who has free will ; He can do anything He wants to anything and nothing can oppose Him
God freely chooses to always do right, He has not or ever will been wrong or sinned
God is leading the entire Universe through Christ to be like Him, so that they may set free and obtain free will

It's too bad that someone as smart as Walter Martin bought into Reformed Theology. It's clear to anyone who is a serious Christian that Reformed Theology (a.k.a Calvinism) is a man-made theology. Any person who reads the Bible does not come away with a Reformed position, where some are selected or specifically picked for salvation, but instead that Christ died for all men and that all are welcome to accept God's gift. No one is locked in to salvation and no one is locked out of it either. The Bible does not teach Divine rape or a Divine lottery, but that love is extended to all men and everyone has the same equal chance to be saved.
The problem with Mr. Martin's example is that it is not exclusive to the rest of the Bible. Ephesians 1 is not referring to salvation, but to positional holiness "in Him" (that is, in Christ) once we accept Him as Savior. Many times Reformed theologians do not exegete the text properly, but will use a Reformed interpretation to contort the text and make it sound as if it's discussing something else. It's dishonest to use one's own man-made theology to interpret Scripture rather than letting the Scripture speak for itself.
Mr. Martin spent much of his scholarly work exposing the different cults from around the world, yet all the while he himself was part of one when he accepted Reformed theology. Too bad!

I have explained and re-explained the 220+ occurrences of the words elect and chosen, and demonstrated the difference between those and the handful of appearances of the word "predestined". I have put over 40 crystal clear passages in front of their eyes. All of which can single-handedly destroy the 5 points.
I have not heard a single valid response, and yet NONE of them have changed their theology. Calvinism is a cult to the ends of the earth. Once they drink the koolaid, they're gone.
However, i have been able to equip others with the tools necessary to protect themselves from falling into the trap. So that's nice.
