Have used this Intercom for a month now with my Girlfriend. It’s my first intercom so I don’t have anything to compare to however I have no complaints. Sound listening to music is great, not AirPods Pro 2-great but it has a great punch and will make your ears bleed after an hour or so. Sick volume. Intercom is good as well. Works up to 1000m in plain sight on an open road, no crackling, phenomenal noice cancellation.. It’s great value for money up to $100.
have your heard about tinnitus? you will pay for that sick volume later in life if your not careful.
I just got mine (first intercom) and I didn't get an installation instruction, so thanks for your video. Did you get an instruction with yours?
I just bought this but it doesnt show up on my phone to connect via bluetooth. Any advice? It worked on my laptop but not my phone or any of my friends' phones
Only tape? Nothing more? Does it hold for long enough?
Yes so far just the sticky pads have been enough for it to stay solid and attached for all of summer so far!
Hi! Any updates on the intercom? I was thinking of buying it myself but there seems to be almost no reviews of any kind regarding the specific Snell E-2 intercom. I would love to hear your thoughts on it. Thank you in advance!
Hello! Yes I’ve been using the Snell E2 throughout the summer and so far it’s been good, I’ve only used it with one other person (so not tested the group functions) but it’s been brilliant for that in terms of quality and the range has been decent!
The sound quality for music when riding on your own is good too, have no issues listening to music and it’s not grainy or poor quality even when quite loud!
The only thing I’d say to watch out for it the speakers, while not big can press on your ears a bit if they slip out from their slot which is a little uncomfortable and means you can’t hear very much but so far, so good and I would definitely recommend it as a budget comms set, quality is great for the money! I hope this helps!
you know if it fits in a dirt bike helmet?
I’m trying to contact mine for testing, do I hv to fix everything for the helmet first or can I try it without installing it into my helmet?
You don’t have to attach the device to your helmet to connect it to a device! The mount is just a plastic clip in or some sticky pads!
Where do you put the mic
Just straight infront or to the side of youre mouth?
Pretty central, I have mine mounted just to the left of the air vents in the centre of the helmet, this seems to work well and give a clear sound without picking up every breathe I take!
can you talk with another with the same intercom
i have a kawasaki ninja 125 and i can’t get over how nice your bike sounds, what exhaust have you put on it 🤔
