Another reason why I'll never recommend going to JP. He can't read the kanji and misses out on like alot of functions.
You can even filter to abilites like dodge, seal, stun, certain leaderskills etc in dokkan but Truth literally won't know that because he plays the game through muscle memory

True. This certainly isn’t a “stage designed for Teq UI”. How could it be when it’s literally a dodge canceling event? What this stage does do is to show off Teq UI’s domain. That’s all. There’s no way this stage is “designed for Teq UI”. This is one of the worst stages for Teq UI. He’ll be much better in any other stage.

This is not a bad showing for teq ui, too many dodge characters on this team prove that without teq ui’s dominance over the fight, it’s not winnable with this team. If anything this just proves how powerful teq ui is.
Less factual but still in my opinion this brings more value to the topo dodge build since it is useless in the most important stage atm

I find it wild that as much as I use teq UI sign. He's one of the few dodge characters on release the HASN'T failed me.

Tl;Dr: Ui Goku defensive mechanics aren't meant strictly for normals but rather so UI Goku isn't a Dodge or Die to Supers unit but rather a Dodge or take serious damage to Super character

Judging by how much UI took pre super & post Super Ui gets a decent amount of defense Post Super
Evo Vegeta hits a decent amount harder than Evoken but yet the Damage Ui took from Vegeta is less than Evoken
This is may even be more significant because Ui Goku had his full Dmg reduction in this first clip oppose to the 2nd one where he essentially only had 15% so The amount Ui gets on 1 Super surpasses the difference between Evoken & Evolution Blue Vegeta
Once Ui was hit first he lost his Dmg reduction in exchange for guard but in this case he was already Type advantage so guard didn't help much but he still ate 800k which is death but Evo Vegeta is one the hardest hitting Bosses in the game so Ui only taking 800k means most Bosses will do 400k-600k to UI Goku(post guard) & probably if I were to guess an additional 50k more pre guard
This is all with 1 Super & double 170%, multiple Supers & double 200% would change these numbers
I'd personally not consider that good tanking but I would consider that decent tanking
It should be noted, UI isn't on Toppo's 200% leader skill. So he's missing 60% defense.

you got to remember that the first hit UI takes damages him, so 700k dmg is still death and will always be 90% of the time.
Also, future bosses are probably about to be added to this event, and they're gonna hit harder, so the point stands mostly correct

The only thing I can think of at this point is that you literally cannot comprehend that there is a *DIFFERENCE* between *PRE* and POST super, are you ONLY talking about *PRE* super before Goku gets the *MAJORITY* of all his defense?
If then, then YES, *PRE* super UI Goku in base specifically can't tank a 2,5mil super. But you are NOT specifying that you ONLY mean *PRE* super, you are blanket saying that UI Goku under no circumstance can tank ANY big boss super, which is BLATENTLY wrong.

There is a MASSIVE difference between pre and post super, to say that UI Goku under no circumstance can't tank ANY big boss supers is just a blatantly wrong statement
Also he has no idea what he is talking about either and underrates UI Goku immensely. Against the STR Beast boss for example that hits for 2,8million damage, Datruth was TERRIFIED when he was supering MUI Goku
And said that if the super had hit, MUI goku would have either died, or *BARELY* lived, the truth is actually that he would EASILY tank the 2,8million super for 84k which is literally nothing LOL
