Me too. I’m so glad he’s singing more. ❤that was a great reaction to be honest I didn’t even 👂 hear it until you mentioned it. Thanks for the insight. Great job.
You should try to get Adam to do an interview for your channel. Then you can ask him your questions. Sometimes the guys do let you interview them. I’ve seen a few that Adam has done.
This is the first "Chance" HF song that made be really appreciate Chance's voice. It shows off what is great about Home Free. You just don't miss the instruments.
This was pretty close to the original. I smiled when I saw Tim help Chance put his jacket on. Tim was supposed to officiate Chance's actual wedding, but he ended up quarantined in Canada with COVID and missed it entirely. 😢
I can imagine this being played at weddings & anniversaries. Chance is perfect for this song and the video is just so sweet. Of course the singing, harmonies & beatboxing are perfect - it's Home Free, they always are. Thanks for playing this & your comments.
Thank you for your reaction. Nice to hear Chance take the lead in this one & all the guys harmonies backing him up. This is such a sweet video & now very fitting as Chance recently got married. Adam Rupp will many times add his own flavor with some very interesting sounds.
Both Geoff and Tim are fantastic basses and HomeFree and Voice Play are great groups. The fundamental difference between them really comes down to arrangements, not even style or genre. VPs songs are arranged around Geoff’s vocal subharmonics (and as an original member since 1997 and arguably the main draw, they have made this choice). HFs vocals fit the arrangement, whatever it may be (and given that they have 5 tenors and 2 basses that’s a lot to play with). Neither choice is right and neither choice is wrong. They are choices that both groups have made and it has led them down parallel yet different paths (if that makes sense 🤪). Either way, the choices both groups have made have brought them devoted supporters and kept them in business for 20+ years!
This is beautiful...the lead, the harmonies, and obviously the drummer doing odd things! I've done these out of order today so I've gotten this in just before I have to leave to get my dog. Have a great weekend, Jeremy and Jillian, and thanks for Home Free Fryday!
I love this song. Thank you for reacting to it as not many do. It’s so beautiful and there was a lot going on in this one. Not only the drums but the high note or sound going on and then Austin doing “di e Ada” something like that. Heard Tim’s low notes too. Beautifully done. And the fact they’re getting ready for a wedding was cool. 🥰😍
This is certainly a beautiful song that Chance has the perfect voice for. But I also got distracted because you were distracted by the kicks drums sound.😂 I hope you have figured it out in the meantime. If I had something like that, I wouldn't be able to sleep until I knew it. 🤣
You talking about the song "Madness", reminded me that the acapella group Street Corner Symphony that Chance was the bass guy in before he joined Home Free did that song cover, it's amazing and you should react to it.
Damn good stuff!!! ---- Now, to the HF, VP --- Tim, Geoff things (if I can) .......... Home Free not only being Country and Acapella (only group that can pull it off!) won the SingOff, turned down the "loan", so really no promotion then/after! VoicePlay was on at the same time ... "The Theater Kids" (ie - Disney, Movie, themes, Pop ect)... Geoff was low and has worked hard to make it damn "damn good/unreal". VP group has worked to tighten their harmonies/blends to "work" ...... In General --- for both and to stand out, ya gotta have a NICHE ... along with whatever yer doin'!!!!! Self PROMOTION thru social media for both ........ HF, VP, and PTX (tops), each have their thing (esp when Avi was with PTX) anyway -------- HF's promotion and growth, although VP had/has their own following and fan base/promotion, has kinda brought VP with 'em through the "comparison game" (esp in the reactions community) ....... enough for now. Be Safe
Yeah, I'd never heard this song, but Chance really has it when it comes to country music. Anyway, what a great and honest reaction to this song. Love it. You really need to check out the new release. It's coming out later today. It's a surprise, but you'll love it. Thank you!!! Oh, PS, you're really good at beatboxing. have I said that before? I'm not sure. But even if you ever get to interview Adam Rupp, he will tell you the same thing. He has just practiced a lot. He's a brass player originally. Then he just really worked hard. That's it. I think it will happen for you to get an interview. I really do. They're really good dudes and they love their reactors.
I saw it on Patreon and it was a recording of a live show, not actually live, tho very weel shot and edited. It would be almost impossible anyway, since they are on tour in Europe.
Jeremy, this is not meant to be a criticism of you whatsoever. I have watched many of your Home Free reactions and have enjoyed them very much, and I know that you enjoy Home Free. But, you have clearly mentioned how Tim Austin Rob and Adam Rupp have more than impressed or even blew you away with their talents. But when you said that Chances performance was "solid," I still get the impression that you might not think that he's the caliber singer that belongs with Home Free. I hope that you don't take offense to my comment. Personally, I think that Chance is the perfect fit and definitely belongs in the best a capella group in the world.
No criticism taken! I appreciate you taking time to share your thoughts!! To be clear, I'm a BIG Chance fan - he's definitely won me over since my first reactions back in March. Each song is an opportunity to see who stands out (to me); everyone likes what they like and I respect that. I feel equally that others in the band (including my dude TIM FOUST) don't always "shine", but that's ok, they all work perfectly as a band and this isn't a competition. I'm happy to be part of the Home Free journey. So glad you are here with me! ✌🏽
Home Free is unique. They have 4 lead singers. A beautiful Chance song!
Chance has such a beautiful smooth, relaxing voice. I could listen to him all day. 😊❤

In one Q&A, Adam said he has recorded with a piece of paper between him and the mic. He didn’t say which song.
This was pretty close to the original. I smiled when I saw Tim help Chance put his jacket on. Tim was supposed to officiate Chance's actual wedding, but he ended up quarantined in Canada with COVID and missed it entirely. 😢
Proof: Adam is an alien 👽!

This one was so sweet! Since Chance proposed to Sami at the beginning of COVID, I like to look at this as a dress rehearsal. Thanks, Jeremy!

Thank you, that's a really good way of putting it - at their level, it's personal taste and feeling that makes the difference, not talent.
I hadn't heard this one for quite a while! Sure glad it was requested. I love it! Thank you! 😀
You'll notice that most of Chance's leads are on story songs. He does a great job of telling the story.
Each one has done a song about their partner. That's so sweet. Love Chance's voice!
This is my absolutely favorite song that Chance sings lead. And I also love how handsome the guys look. Enjoyed watching your reaction to this song.

Thanks for being here, Cynthia!! We always enjoy your comments and so glad you liked this FrYday lineup!! ✌🏽
Adam Chance has done the song Mad World when he was with Street Corner Symphony. It was awesome too.
Thank you, Adam Chance, for a lovely lead!
Love when Chance sings, his voice was so smooth. I hadn’t heard this one yet and loved it! ❤️

Sooo pretty!! Velvet voice Chance at the lead Is always a treat!!
Thank you for this reaction, I never heard this song before. I loved it!

That was so beautiful! Thanks Jeremy!!!!!
Thank you Lorie!! It's been forever and a day since I've listened to this one.
It’s one of my favs.
Thank you for putting this song out for us all to enjoy. My first dance with my late wife. Always brings a tear when I hear it. Thanks again. 😊
This is a pretty song 😍
This is so very awesome. I love Chance taking the lead. They are all so very talented. Love your reaction!
Love Chance on this song, perfection!

Is this country?? i doubt it bc I'm not that keen on country music and have learnt to spot the warning signs, but this is really lovely.
Watching this and waiting for their premier of a live performance!! 🤘🎸🤘😁😁😁😁
I saw it on Patreon and it was a recording of a live show, not actually live, tho very weel shot and edited. It would be almost impossible anyway, since they are on tour in Europe.
Great reaction to a lovely song!
I’m so happy you did this one, it’s very under appreciated. One of my favorite Chance songs!
