Saint-Saëns is one of the most underrated composers ever, there is absolutly nothing he has done that doesn't make you want to see untill the end, he traps you into a journey.

This is such a magnet for anyone's emotions... I first saw a snippet of it in an exercise book as a child, and years later had the opportunity to play it for a group of colleagues with an excellent accompanist. The energy comes from within, and it is one of the most recalled melodies in my brain. Now that I am retired, if I begin to think of it, I must rehearse the entire piece in my consciousness from beginning to end. It is virtually impossible to stop... an ambrosia of the senses...

I am very glad I saw this video. It has made me come to the realization of what I want to do with my life. I may not yet be an adult, but I know what I was meant for, and what I will do. Music is a precious gift to this world, only behind life itself, which has allowed for the creation of music. I have always been unsure about what I would do with my life, but I've always known I wanted to contribute something to the world. I will give this world the gift of music, dedicate my very heart and soul into it. Music is so much more than sound, than vibrations. It is the medium through which every aspect of humanity is expressed. It is love, it is pain, it is joy, sorrow, and anger. I want to make music, to give music to the world. That is my calling.

I'm not a violinist or even a musician, but even I can recognize the talent here-- and I am normally a Rolling Stones fan. But then to top off the beauty of the music, is this girl's intoxicating little smile. None of the rock goddesses can compare to this.
