We didn't expect this bad service from agarwal. Wooden table broken and almara damaged. And no one is responding regarding this issue. For invoice i talk to more than 10 members. They provided an invoice after 15 days.
Very pathetic service, I’ve sent my luggage on 27 Oct and till today 02 Nov I’ve not received any update for my luggage, people are not responding to my call…

Very bad experience with this company. Their packing staff stole my 2 nos newly purchased thin blanket and umbrella and a woolen swal. And don't deliver one carton box filled with several important goods. And they didn't show any interest regarding return of that box.
It's a very unprofessional company, they will create all kinds of problem after you pay. Their ground staff will extort money at each stage. Be careful. I am thinking of writing to our HR for blacklisting them.

This is a fraud company being run by unprofessional people . It has been over 10 days i have booked for the transportation of my car , for which the TAT Was 7 days . Now the customer care is either not picking call or saying they are unable to locate .
* Agarwal Packers & Movers * Fraud Company ***- They packed my house material. Their labor stolen my 03 boxes (cost-37600/-). When I registered complaint (Complaint ID- 1426807) into company, they offer me 1500/- as a compensation for missing boxes each box 500/-. Their labor are not trustful even that company. They took 21 days to reply properly on my complaint. They stole your material and when you ask, they would offer you low compensation. Their company would give you same dialogue “This is our company policy”. I have all call and video records. I will put that on UA-cam as a customer review. The harassments are on top level.

One of your employee Ishan Banerjee in Kolkata is very ridiculous and very irresponsible. Neither he received my call nor solve any query. He knows the problem very vell but trying to avoid my resolution.
What type of employee he is? Every time he tell me "let me check and I will inform you " but neither he informed me nor he received my call.
This is the first and last time to avail your service.. I will never ever suggest anyone to avail your service. Apart from that I will post my experience in every social media.
Now Today I found my washing machine is not working post packaging from Kolkata. Before packaging it was working. I am sorry to say your company employees and service is very pathetic... I have a bitter experience with your service..

I have been following up with the delivery of my car which was supposed to be delivered from Delhi to Kochi on 6th September 2021 Monday
I am not getting any proper response from your employees regarding when I will exactly receive the car. I was informed it will be delivered on Thursday and now they are saying Friday. This is very ridiculous as I have traveled all the way to Kochi to receive it.
I need to get a proper response from your end. Your customer service is very ethical and unsatisfactory.
