The part i need to see you did not show .. the small circlip at the bottom of the fork that stops the bottoming cone sleeve from falling out the bottom. You dont have to slide hammer the fork apart risking guide bush and slide bush damage . .you can pull the chrome upper stantion out through the bottom with ease after removing that pesky cirlip
