There is a BIG difference between authentic Greek yogurt and Yeo Valley Greek yogurt or Greek style yogurt. Absolutely love your vlogs Vic & Alex’s editing is always amazing. Would love to hear / know more about how you deal with your bad nights sleep and if anything’s helped, I’m a terrible sleeper and just end up worrying and panicking when I can’t sleep, so I’m always open to tips and advice! X
I wish I had advice to give haha I need some myself!! I'm a born panicker and so my sleep is often not great away from home my brain finds it hard to fully relax xx

Absolutely love your vlogs Vic! Your cooking segments are awesome and I love to see what you’re making to get inspiration. I follow the FODMAP diet and very similar to your avoid list is what I have to avoid as well. Garlic is a major contributor to bloating & sore stomachs.

If it is histamines I was told to source a local bee keeper. Has to be local to your area and to take a spoonful of that honey every day. You can take it off the spoon or in something. I swear it has been a game changer for me. 😊

@@VictoriaMagrath The local honey helping hay fever is a myth. I heard about the theory years ago but then more recently read its not true and there is no evidence to support that it can desensitise the allergic reaction
I think it's supposed to be within 10km of where you live. Helps give you immunity to whatever grows close to home

Loved this vlog! I learned a lot - grocery stores, indestructable phone cases, accessories for the stove/cooker and more. But the Fendi trip and that dinner at Fendi HQ - the food and drinks were phenomenal to see! Wow! 💯😎

Oh my goodness Victoria I'm with you on the light thing! Even at home I put a towel over my bedroom door to stop any light coming in through the top. I always struggle anyway sleeping away from home. Off to Corfu in a couple of weeks on holiday so I hope I don't have too many light issues!!! Loved the vlog as always xx

I’m exactly the same way! I can’t stand any light at night. If there is a tiny crack of light from curtains at hotels, I have to overlap them extremely! Any kind clock that lights up I unplug. 😂

Firstly, LOVE your videos and how fun it is to go grocery shopping with you and Alex!!!! Secondly, I had some food intolerances/tummy pains a couple of years ago. You mentioned it a bit with the oat milks, my biggest pet peeve with gluten free & dairy alts & meat replacements is how processed they all are!! Even GF bread tends to be so processed :( I have started to eat whole food versions instead of alternatives and it has helped me a lot (goat cheese instead of vegan cheeses to replace cow dairy cheese for example)! I wish you good luck whilst you find what foods feel best for your tummy! ❤️ you and Alex are the cutest! 😊
You could also use a squeeze of orange and add orange peel to your fish recipe , minus the lemon as a twist

I got these great eye covers to sleep in, they have pockets so they don’t press into your eyelashes. They are awesome, and super inexpensive.

When I was in my early 20's I discovered the original Fendi scent...it was...omg....soooooo good! I would often get stopped on the street by men and women asking what the scent was. I wonder if any of the new scents are similar?

Greek yogurt is just regular yogurt that has a lot of the water and whey strained out so it's thicker and less tart.
Grind (the pink brand) do an Oat Iced Latte. Maybe they just don't do them in Tesco stores, but online you can buy a big multi-pack of them.

Love all your vlogs! Just a note, most gluten-free breads and products are highly processed and full of fillers(just like vegan alternatives) ! Often sourdough is much better for your gut, healthier and not processed xx

I have a kind advice for you, make a gluten intolarance test! My only syptom was bloating, and last year I diagnosed with coeliac disease. It causes a lot of issues and a lot of people doesn't know it. Give it try! Good luck with your diet and I know it is hard! 😘
Idea for the travel sleeping with lights, maybe keep a sleep mask for such instances?
For bloating, maybe try also avoiding watermelon as it fermentaces in the stomach unlike other kind of melons. Cutting it off my diet helped me a lot!
