Such a fascinating video! I remember when I first watched Black Christmas (1974) and admittedly was a little bored by it, but I enjoy it now for what it was trying to be. Just like Halloween, you don't always need to have gore for a slasher to work. That said, it is very interesting to the shift in tone and gore levels throughout the many decades.
