You sound good. Your locations will be happy. The only thing that comes to mind regarding advice is that vending is marathon and not a sprint so it is important to enjoy the journey, the ups and downs and all the learning lessons that comes with that. Good luck on your journey.
What's the connection of the motor and coil like the thing where the coil spins because of the motor but that plastic circle piece that connects the motor to the coil
That plastic circle piece that connects the motor to the coil are called couplings. So they would be referred to as the coil/spiral/auger couplings. Good luck!

I have done all of the above. The important thing here is for you to have the proof of your payment like and invoice or a receipt. You should pay in a way that you can leave a paper trail. Paying via check does that well among other options.
Good question. Fortunate for me I've never had a machine stolen. But if you have a remote location, or an account that doesn't have security or an outdoor machine location, I would have a cage built to protect my investment. A cheaper way is that you can also bolt the legs of the machine to the ground making it near impossible to move. If ur entire row is telling you that, that sounds like your harness might be disconnected or may have a short somewhere in it. Another possible reason could be the row might be turned off from in the brain of the machine. Might have to go into service mode and make sure your B row is enabled.
Sorry, just seeing this. I have been using the original locks that came with the machine. I have changed locks in the past to just sync my keys and not to have too many keys. So I can't recommend specific locks. I ha e kept that aspect very general.
Display may just need to be reconnected. This has happened to me several times where my display would go blank. Your connection might be loose. Check both ends. It’s usually a ribbon cable. Keypad may also need a reconnection to the board. Or, you may also have a stuck button. Or the keypad could just be bad and will need to be replaced 🤷🏽♂️

Good question,m. My machines give back coins as change. I block high bills so as not to empty the coin mech when giving change for a transaction.

My coil dispensing wires have slipped and some product sits back how can I spin the coils and not break something.
