Ive never really understood the hate for chlorinated cleaners and stainless. We used to use tc86 from Diversey extensively without issue. It did require extensive rinsing of course, but no pitting in sight.

Eddie Baines did a ginger beer'd many moons ago, very nice it was too, although i think he had a hell of a time with the run off from the copper. I'll see if i can upload a pump clip.

What style of beer is the ginger one?
It’s a pale ale, but gingery. Rather than a ginger beer in the usual sense. Cheers!
It looks brilliant Andy, the extra space makes the brewing area look much more comfortable to work in.
What are the no chill cubes used for in the cooling area?
They are 25L containers of finings. Not essential to keep them cool but I know where they are in there!
