Agreed Rob! It flies great but otherwise offers nothing special. No stabilization is unacceptable. Makes much more sense to save up for a Mini 2.
Not if you have android phone dji is pain to get working on android I it works at all
Just Purchased mine and I’m really eXcited to used it thanks to you! I plan to use this for my music videos on my Channel. However, not having the stabilizer is a bit of a disappointment.
It'll be tough to try usable video with no stabilization.
@@RDsRCReviews I’m new to drones, what exactly is “stabilization” when it comes to these drones? Every video I find on the Ruko U11, people complain about the camera, what exactly is wrong with it? I want to purchase this drone but I also want to make sure I’m not wasting money on this drone if I could find a better one with a similar price range. Thanks!
@@ElPollito17 some cameras have some sort of video stabilization which is mostly a physical thing where the camera will give you more stable footage

Thanks Gregory! It flies great but the lack of stabilization is a huge negative. Normally we would have the pool closed weeks ago but we had to wait for the safety cover to come in so it is going to be closed on Friday.
This is really nice Ryan! Nice flyer! I didn’t see much in the way of glitchy video which is nice! Follow me function seems to work well too! I think that’s one of the coolest functions to have, even though I rarely use it! Nice job Ryan! Great test flight!
I agree Robby though there was a lot of dropped frames on the sdcard that I wasn't aware of when filming.

I have been struggling to find an inexpensive drone for my kid that won't make us both beat our heads against the wall. He is a decent flier and responsible for his age, but I can't see throwing down for a DJI Mini 2 yet (he is 8). He has spent is own hard earned money on several piece of junk (most recently the sky viper GPS which we never got to sync with new iOS) and unfortunately, after a lot of tears, Target won't take it back. Any suggestions? Be nice to keep it under $200, if possible.

Oh that's great! I honestly don't know but would think it could go as fast enough to follow you riding a bike at a casual speed.

Avoid!! I reviewed that drone. You can find the video on my channel. It flies fine but it only flies 6:30 on a full battery and the camera is god awful. The camera has the worst Jello wobble I've ever seen in a drone. If you can afford to spend a bit more then save yourself the trouble and buy him a DJI Mini SE or a used DJI Mavic Mini.
Was it normal for the battery to go from 100% to 79% in less than five minutes (with no wind), while hovering in the back yard?
Yes!! When the battery is under load it will drop fast at first and these cheaper drones also don't have the most accurate battery level telemetry.

Having a hardway to connect the phone to the drone so I’m able to see the video on my phone
Make sure your phone is compatible with 802.11ac 5g Wi-Fi.
Don't try flying this thing if you have poor signal. I made that mistake
It should return to home though if it loses signal.

Video quality is so low. I had better camera in my first zte phone 800x480.
I didn't think the video quality was bad but the lack of a stabilized gimbal makes the video look awful.
